About Me:
I’m Ebee, my van’s name is Weasley, and we’ve got ambitious plans to drive to Mexico and possibly even further! Weasley is a 1984 Ford Camper Van which I’m currently renovating! Pretty soon she’ll be looking better than new! Van Life has been a dream of mine for years so its time to make it a reality! Awesome! I love it!! I have a 1990 Version of the same van. How did you replace the 2 upper front windows?

Oh nice!! The old high top vans are the best! Replacing those top windows was tricky. I had to buy the rubber locking seal and two pieces of plexiglass. I was able to cut the plexiglass myself but installing it with the rubber seal is definitely a two person job! If you’re attempting to do it yourself as well, I wish you luck!! Stoked to hear your keeping the classic vans alive as well!! ☮️❤️🚐🤙

Just curious... how tall are you? Awesome that you can stand all the way up. This van is going to be awesome when you’re finished. Have fun. 🌺

I am 5 feet 8 inches tall. Being able to stand makes it feel surprisingly large! Thanks for the support, can’t want for it to be done! 🤙🚐

Did you put new wood on the wall or did you just paint it? without the need to remove the wood?

I painted right over the wood. Although, now I’m starting to think I should have replaced the wood entirely to put new insulation in the walls. But if you’re not concerned about that, painting over the wood paneling worked out really well, it just took a few coats!

I’m not entirely sure yet! When my rebuild is almost done, I’ll be posting a rough idea of the route I’ll be taking!! Any suggestions on must see destinations?!
