80s baby here. This brings back fond memories. I loved My Little Ponies! If you're bummed out about the ponies missing hair, you can try to buy nylon doll hair online and replace the pony hair yourself. The great thing about being an adult and having adult money is using it the way you want. Never let anyone make you feel bad about something that brings you comfort. Now I wanna go and search for a My Little Pony lot to buy.😅🥰😍

Watching this was weirdly healing honestly. Just seeing you take care of all the neglected ponies and exploring all the playsets made me smile so much :,) That celestia castle playset looks epic too :o

As a child, my reasoning for cutting my Lion Kong plush Kovu's hair tuft and tail fur was because I honestly thought it would grow back 🤪. 20+ years later and I still have him. Couple months ago I finally replaced his head tuft and tail end with new faux fur and said sorry to him 😂 I constantly see tons of Guardians of Harmony toys for secondhand in the UK especially on Vinted. They often go quite quickly too. Love the end set-up! Getting memories of when little me had set-ups like this but I was in G2/G3 era. I miss them. Beautiful haul! 🐴

Omg!!! I have a suggestion on ‘which accessories go with each playset’!! Try looking up the instructions or original box art to see all the accessories that are displayed or listed on there…. You should be able to figure it out then! I’ve been collecting since about 2014 and have all the big playsets, I also recently took them all out to display so I got the accessory locations memorized currently lol !! So great to see you reconnect with old friends (ponies), cheers!!

Why do we lose our sense of play when we’re adults? 🤔 I can’t even remember how I used to play anymore. I often look at my doll collection and wish I had the imagination I had as a child.

The chandelier in the school of friendship is actually a blacklight! It came with a dress that you could put on the ponies that had patterns appear under the light, all the school of friendship packs came with like an item that worked under that light

A lot of those later release ponies had a lower quality polypropylene for their tails only so they'd get really ratty real fast. That's why most of them either didn't survive well or were just cut off. It's pretty frustrating and sad. It's such a thin poly fiber than even trying to flat iron it if it's ratty with barely any heat often just makes it disintegrate. Edit: this was a reply to "why do they always cut the tails off?"... I saw later in the video that you pretty much said the same thing I did ;)

this was so fun to watch!! i also collected and made pony videos as a kid, completely wiped everything when i was 12 and the collection disappeared sometime after that, still one of my biggest regrets. all i kept were 2 spikes (one from the power ponies set) and the lyra i started the collection with. i havent fully started collecting again but i have a few now i really like

i actually didn't watch mlp or collect ponies as a kid, i've just started to get interested in college bc so many of my friends love it. very fun to see the playsets and ponies, i def would've eaten them up when i was younger.

This is so nostalgic to me omg didn’t know you sold all the ponies you had in your old videos, I unfortunately lost mine not by choice but by a fire (even had star swirl which is the rarest and hopefully I’ll get her again) I got bullied too for having ponies but never got rid of them till I might not buy ponies much anymore but I still really appreciate my childhood and I still watch mlp at times. I started collecting mlp when my kids were little they got me into the show and mlp just brings back lovely memories of when my kids were little we used to play with their toys and do skits for youtube. They have got rid of all their playsets now but kept some of their ponies and I have kept some of the things they didn't want.

I’ve been following along with your content since I was 10. I just turned 19 and seeing this in my post notifications hit me with a huge wave of nostalgia! If I had to guess why the tails had been cut, I vaguely remember the hair getting cheaper around 2016-2017, which caused the tails in particular to get super frizzy.

What a cool haul! I like the reboot style more than the first style for g4 because i always want my stuff to look as close to the media as possible. Do other people refer to it as g4.5? I do lol. The chopped hair Starlight is actually kinda cute to me, the hair reminds me of Zecora. I've never seen someone reroot MLP but it makes sense it could be done. Would love to see a video of the process or just showing the end result if you ever do!

I wasn’t into mlp that much as a kid but I did enjoy the show and loved watching other people make random videos with their toy ponies. I collect lps so I do really resonate with feeling embarrassed or being bullied for playing with toys. People really need to mind their own business since it’s not harming anyone lol if collecting and playing toys as an adult gives you serotonin then go for it.

Love these pony toys I have some of this stuff that you got I been collecting ponys for years and have to many and also I watched your channel as a kid in high school and still love this channel I never let people get to me after awhile it took years I just enjoy everything I love nowadays witch is cartoons toys many other things

I may have the answer to why all the tails are cut! The tails tend to get matted and it can get really dirty, like traps the gunk in. So it may be a possibility as the tails (iirc) were really hard to fix without the correct products!
