Those “creek chub” lures are by Heddon, and they’re Creek Chub Pike, general Chub/TopMinnow style bait and I have a few.

Bro.. . I was recently diagnosed with an Auto Immune disease, and so I can't really fish right now. Instead I watch fishing videos and create tutorials for my channel. I believe I am on the mend, and will soon be vlogging several fishing videos soon. Thanks for the awesome content. It gave me something to look forward to during some very dark, dark times. May GOD bless you immensely...

My five year old son is a big fan of yours! He recently got into fishing and we've both learned a lot from your videos. He was inspired by your DIY lure challenges to make a bunch of homemade baits it of wood scraps. Not sure if they're viable... But he had a great time making them!

My favorite lure is the Hulla Popper, especially the Coach Dog color. You fish it slow close to the bank in deep water in spring or summer. Just let it sit there and twitch it once in a while. The bass lurking below will come up and smack it.

@dirtykigyar32363 жыл бұрын
I have some tips for your upcoming lure hunting videos! Bring a long pole with a wall hook on the end to get lures out of high trees. Many people fishing from land will often get lures stuck in trees overhanging the water, and there can often be some rather expensive lures stuck up there. Make sure to follow EVERY line back to its snag without breaking it. This can result in finding more lures! I once found a nice soft vibe doing this! Happy hunting!

Creek chub is the lure company and most of them are the Pikie model . One the the best lures made in my opinion awesome swim action and always catches fish for me also the red and white plug is most likely by Pflueger

@terryjacob8169 Жыл бұрын
I believe the lure you couldn't identify, that was in wood with a perch finish and similar, but not identical to, a Creek Chub Pikie is a Lucky Strike 'Wooden Plug' that was made by Lucky Strike in Canada. If you haven't already fished the Creek Chub Pikie with the extended lip, you'll find it dives aroud 5ft. deeper than the standard lip Creek Chub Pikie.

You know that one pond where you filmed the fishing pet peeves at and you know how there is a little pond right next to it is very small well I have always wondered if there were bluegill, or bass in it so in a future video could you fish it that would be cool. I'm new to your channel so I don't know if you all ready did do this idea before.

Try to do this again, but you have to catch a fish off every single lure, like a MTB slam but more and multi species, use the packs of hooks for bluegill, bigger lures for bass, etc. it would probably be a really hard thing to make but it would be a sick video

Love your videos. I can still remember when I started fishing seriously bass fishing in the early 80's I was a teenager and my dad let us use his tacklebox until me and my brother got our own built up we would do chores of course for allowance and every dime went into our tackleboxes lol. I just cringe at the money we lost breaking off lures...my dad had been a bass fisher when he was a teenager in the early 60s before he was drafted in Nam. So we were fishing with alot of 1960s plus I'm sure some older than that if we had then now they would prob be worth a small fortune. But he never seemed to get upset to him they were just lures. But I know I lost a Hulu popper he had and a little George I lost a nice bass on that one lol any thanks for the video it took me down memory lane I'm almost 50 now and I still borrow some of dad's tackle now and then and he still don't mind 🙂
