I have the Europe LittleBigPlanet 1, I’ve had it since the day it come out in stores in the UK. I remember spending like 5-6 minutes every time I went to play the game just staring at the art inside the box. Odd but just one of them things

I agree that they should have made an lbp artbook for the OG games. The aesthetic of the games has always been super unique, nothing is quite like it.

The game of the year edition of "LittleBigPlanet" (2008) looks great! So did the Special Edition of "LittleBigPlanet 2" (2011) and "LittleBigPlanet 3" (2014).

I remember stumbling upon your videos almost a decade ago, watching your LBP glitch finds and such, and eventually we became friends on PSN (I used to be TEAMCLANCY09) around the LBP2 era. Those were great times, my childhood was amazing and I thank you for adding to my childhood and my LBP experience! We’ve come a long way since then brother. 🙏🏼

LittleBig Planet the Freakin Sweet Collection

Back when I had a PS3, I used to own all of the LBP games, specifically the original US versions (except for LBP3 since I got the Day 1 edition on PS4).

I always found it odd with all the different versions of all the LBP games. Cool to see all of them in a video!

That Game of the Year copy brings back so many memories. That's the version I got as a kid, and still have to this day.

the PSP text on the seal is also there on PS3 seals, and is actually a pull tab thing that's supposed to make opening the seal easier

I managed to get a signed copy of lbp 2 from all the devs a while back, I sent in a broken lbp 1 disk and asked them to fix it and they send it back

As someone who lives in the US, I specifically remember holding a European case for the game. I didn't know it was the European case, and I don't remember where it came from but I had it at one point. I always grew up with GOTY edition though. Such good memories...

The GOTY and Special Edition made me depressed af when I realized that the DLC they came bundled with couldn't be transferred to any of the future games 😞

Tbh, Sackboy: A Big Adventure is getting too much hate. It is such a good, intense, magical and amazing game. It inserts absurdism which is something I love (absurdism is a type of theatre where all hope is eventually lost and the protagonists fall into despair). I personally love it :)

I just only hope they make like a collection, doesn't even have to have an online feature, I just want to play through it again

Little big planet was my introduction to PlayStation, I remember my dad got me a PSP and with it, a copy of little big planet. I played through that game a lot as a kid, and I even messed around with the level creator. I didn’t play the game online tho. And later on, my dad got us a PS3 and little big planet 2, I played that game a lot, I even played a bit online. I played it with a friend of mine, we both loved little big planet. I later got the other games, except for the vita version because I don’t have a vita. I wish Sony would just give us a remastered collection of the trilogy, or just a new game. Little big planet doesn’t deserve to die, it is a vital part of PlayStation in my opinion. (Sonys family friendly IPs deserve more love in general) I don’t know what is going on in Sonys head nowadays, but they need to get their shtick together.

For what ever reason I used to think LBP 1 and 2 were the exact same game. I remember being really confused why I couldn’t play some levels.

I've played every LBP game except for the PSP. I had one, but I didn't know it existed back then and when I found out, I didn't know how to buy a copy. Well, with every LBP I don't mean every Japanese and GOTY titles and stuff. But I had LBP, LBP2, LBP3, LBP Vita, LBP Karting, Run Sackboy, Run! (if you count that) and Sackboy: A New Adventure

It's strange that I had the manuals in parts 1 and 2 of the LBP (Europe) printed in plain black and white.

I think the eu manuals might be thin because some countries releases have to have multiple languages in them. Mine being the nordic one has four!

My brother had a PS3 and LBP and LBP2. I had so much fun when I realised LBP Game of the year edition worked (He had that too). But i got scared at one of the icons and stopped playing. I regretted that decision when he sold his PS3.
