I am not in the military and I too would feel awkward walking on someone else's lawn. Growing up I was taught it was disrespectful to do that. BTW the guy that walked up to you with the Carhartt pants for 10 bucks, I would of asked if he had any Spyder gear for same. He was wearing a Spyder jacket, so that is why I would of asked.

Nice bundle deal on the records. I don't know if you do flea markets but I'd let all the less valuable ones go there. They sell faster than anything for me, even video games.

Do they expire. They will still work. You need to note the expiration date in the listing. I also include it in the title. You do get a bit less for them.

I walk on people’s grass all the time when they don’t shovel their sidewalks in the winter time then it can’t be avoided. If someone showed up at my place with a go pro and was video taping my sale they would be asked to leave because I think that disrespectful to the people having the sale especially if they don’t want to be on the video. Then again I don’t do garage sales all my stuff goes to Good Will so I don’t have to deal with it.
