I know I am late, but brag about your car, girl. You worked for it, you have every right to brag and be proud of yourself and your accomplishments. My daughter just traded in her 2021 Kia Forte GT-Line for the 2023 Kia K5 EX and I am so darn proud of her. She has the vehicle in Everlasting Silver and my gawd, wherever we go in that car people gush all over it. It is a beauty and hands down the most luxury vehicle she has ever owned. When the dealership first showed it to us, we were like "no way we can have this car." I like black women having nice things and enjoying their success. My daughter is living the good life with her heated and ventilated seats and I could not be more proud for her... and you! 👍🏽

Technically the SMART mode for the K5 is your eco mode, meaning it gives you the best gas mileage, not the other way around. This is because it takes longer to build speed to save gas. The harder you push the gas pedal, the mode will change from eco to normal or sport, then default back to eco once you have reached the speed you're going for.

Bought the 2022 GTLINE WolfGrey FWD in July of 2021 and have been thrilled with it since! I get a lot of second looks and compliments on it. Performance wise it's a keeper!

Congrats on your car. I have the same in passion red. But listen, you need to remove the items you placed in the instrument cluster...because they are covering up warning lights that may turn on if your car has an issue!

The car is very nice looking in my opinion but the whole issues with mark up are crazy atm in the US. I currently own a BMW worth 55k+ has premium package and some extras. And am looking to buy my wife this car since she likes it but they're asking for the same monthly payment am making for my BMW and the kia k5 is like 29-33k GT-Line or so with taxes and all. Just mindblowing to me to ask for the same monthly payments as a 55k car.

Congrats on the new car. I have the same trim K5 I purchased last year. Same color exterior/ interior GT-Line. The only difference is the one I have is the AWD version. U will get a lot of people complimenting your K5. Enjoy!

@@killerbee792 U will find people at the gas pump, car wash, or when u get out your car in a parking lot complimenting the car and asking what kind of car it is. It has happen for me more than any car I've owned.

How is your gas mileage with the AWD?

@@ek7621 I get slightly less gas mileage than the FWD version. But I actually think the AWD handles better as far as utilizing all 4 wheels in acceleration and It's poise in corners. My AWD K5 just seems to handle with a little more confidence it seems.

I just got myself a 2020 nissan versa sv in monarch orange. i love watching these kinds of videos. I have the 23 LXS wish I could have found a GT Line or GT but couldn’t find one for the price I wanted to pay for it they wanted way over sticker price for them in my area so the LXS had to do 🤣🤣

Niceeeeee dudeeeee. I was trying to get a sportage 2023 sx prestige just literally yesterday with that color but all black interior. Because the lots are empty here in Tucson, AZ i have to basically play the waiting game. I denied the red interior (which is what was coming in), but idk. Looking at your red interior, it isnt too bad? I think its too out there for me on my car but because yours is more sportier it makes sense? Idk but good for you im excited to get mine. Hopefully the person above (whoever it is) blesses me and sends my car my way 😮💨

Rough. I took 2 different used k5s for test drives. 1 had 19000 miles and the other had 14000 miles and both drove like they had 80000 miles on them the plush ride doesnt last long because I also took a brand new one for a ride big difference. Everyrhing else seemed ok except the 19000 one also had a bad shimmy from the engine. So basically these K5s dont age well.

Had my 2022 GTLINE FWD since July 2021 and hasn't had any mechanical issues, other than always being challenged to race on the highway. This car looks fast and is fast,120mph and didnt realize it on long hwy stretches.

Looks like you still can get the moonroof with the wolf gray and red interior. Is that right? Because when you build the K5 gt-line on the Kia website the red interior disappears when you add the moonroof. I want the car you have. Hope to still get!

I’m not sure about the building process on the site. Make sure you’re selecting GT-Line because thats the only model the red interior comes in I believe.
