That's a Mercedes Benz engine, the advantage of of it is that you used to work on Germany engineering. It'll be a challenge in getting some parts but it's worth it, push your limits as KZfaq community we're behind you all the way.

Nope it’s an Aston Martin engine (4.2 or 4.3L) . The gen after (from 2016) use the 4l twin turbo M177 Merc engines

@Mumborepairs Dear Mumbo repairs, I have a golf 6 dsg, and I have a problem that occurs when you drive it town especially when the engine warms up. There is a vibration when getting into gear 2. The other gears are fine. The vibration has gotten worse overtime. It is more pronounced when accelerating normal or fast but when you accelerate slowly it is not there. The shuddering also occurs when carrying a lot of weight. According to what I have been researching they said it a dual clutch dying. Can you please advise because I don't want to spend R25k on a clutch kit only to find out the problem is caused by something else.

Aston Martin V8 Vantage N400 (2007 to 2008) FOLLOW MARKET The Aston Martin Vantage N400 was a limited edition variant of the V8 Vantage that debuted for the 2007 model year.
