The bar should be hollow. You want the bar itself to be as light as possible so your weight is more effective on the front. The problem is most cheap bars aren't stiff enough to handle the amount of weight you should be throwing on it.

Fun video brother. That excitement was genuine happiness. Love seeing it. It’s likely just cheep carbon tubing. If it is it will likely last a long time. Also I shoot a cheep Amazon Wolf thumb release. It was like $35-40 if you are looking for another cheep review item. I bought it to try something different than an index and I fell in love with it. I can afford to have one clipped on my string and a backup in my bag. If I loose one I’m not worried. I can’t afford that with a carter.

Also, try retuning the bow after you figure out the weight balance you like. That bar will probably change your paper tear or bare shaft flight etc.

Good thing you shot your bow a lot without this stabilizer. 30 inches is long, I ordered a 23-inch, and it's perfect for now. If the bar itself is not prducing rattles or vibrations , it's doing it's job.. I paid 45$ cad for mine on Amazon. It's a topoint made of carbon. Problem is that it came with aluminum weights that way nothing. So I am a machinist , and made brass 5 Oz weight. It is perfect. I don't believe that when you get used to it, you tray a 350$ one and see a big difference indoor. Podium stabs are thinner and stiffer, the more thin the less it catches wind shooting outdoor. But yeah man! Just have someone film the top of your bow when you release a arrow with and without the stab. You are going to be surprised! Good video, and good buy!

Awesome video sir. Thank you for sharing. I've just gotten into target archery this year. I've got to pick me a bar up if the Lord's willing. Hard to beat the price and honestly can't believe I've never thought to check there sooner. Cheers brother.
