Put the Focus RS MK1 engine in it, and restore it.

step1: sort out the all rust step2: get engine running properly step3: brakes and suspension step4: restore the bodywork

Step 1 … clean it Step 2 … respray Step 3 … rebuild the interior Step 4 … sort everything else like engine etc. You should keep the body kit and wing to really capture the days where this was the cool thing to do and to have. I’m 31 so I remember these days and it’s amazing to see there is something like this still out there. Congrats on the purchase and I look forward to watching this build. P.s. Do that generation proud (I know you will)

Saab turbo engine, strip it out and make it one of them cars that people laugh at until they see it move.... like a sleeper but completely riced to fuck looks-wise.

make sure you go over the whole underneath of the fiesta as they can look straight but still be rotten. surface rust can lead to massive rust hole, i had that issue on my mk4 fiesta. check archs, inner and outer sills, floor pan near sills and seat mounts and chassis rails as there the most common places of rot. and for what to do to it rear engine focus st 5 cylinder ;) i would love to see that

Loving the drums at the back....Cobweb's for free too. Is a nice car and could be a kick ass little car with a good sort out. Very light as well, so power to weight could be impressive with a good engine swap.

This UK style of ricer style was something you did when you first passed your test and wanted something special looking on the cheap, there were a shit loads of styling/audio parts available from local retailers. Luckily when I got into the game if you had lowering springs, a peco back-box and a Alpine you would be the don at the local spot.

How much do you want for it as it is right now? And if your going to restore it put a focus RS 2.5L engine in it then remap it to stage 1 or 2 also put the pops and bangs map in it also put a Roll cage in it then put some sound system in the back with amps and the rest. Then i think you should make the car a ghost so triple black with the body being mat black or do a two tone of green and black/white but green being the main colour or swap the green with red. That what i think

Alright mate, a guy on the island back in the day produced the body kit and myself and my Dad fitted it and carried out all the exterior work to it. Dad even painted it! Makes me feel a little nostalgic! Lol

As it is old school go old school with engine so 2.1 zetec turbo mk 1 focus rs gearbox with quafie atb big gt 28 turbo tubular manifold after market engine management and front mount intercooler brake wise 4 pots on front rear disc conversion bucket seats roll cage sound system build and smoothed around cage custom door cards and flip out tv dvd screen

I've got a sex spec build myself.... 6speed CTS with a Dohc 24v dual throttle body cold ram air (turbo ready) V6 made by Opal and it front mid mounted and over 75% of the total parts are shared with the cts v so whenever the opal motor bows out I can plug and play with an LS1 and it will technically be a cts v, but sex spec.... I'm building it to look like my old drift catera I had back in the day....that car was hella dope

Me and the boys went to the ford show last year at silverstone, there was a cosworth i think it was loaded on a vintage ford recovery truck and wrote on the side of the flat bed it said......fords will never die,they just get more expensive,,,,,,,, not sure about the fiesta as it's slightly moded but it brings back so many memories, me and my mates creamed out pants seeing this all them years ago,,,,,,,sick

Put a system in the back, re build engine with a few power upgrades, and maybe change the wheels, fresh paint, bucket seats that would be my way, I has a mk3 and went all out back in the day

What a cool car need a banging sound system and tv screens in the back nice to see cars like this being put back onto the road

find some recaro seats a nice momo steering wheel,new discs and pads and after its all clean and roadworthy see how you feel,i'd probably fit a turbo engine and just use it now and again as a second car,relatively easy to fit 1.6 turbo lump into these and not many fiesta rs's left

Do a metallic matte wrap, if possible fit a st225/rs engine swap and fit rollcage in back with bucket seats and race wheel

Restore it to exactly as it was back in the day. Also I'm a detailer and i reckon that paint work will come up with a real good machine polish by someone who knows what they're doing. I'd try that first and see how it comes up

Certainly needs a colour change, green rs mk2 would look pretty but spray wing black. Mk2 focus st engine. Inside get original dashboard wrapped in your clothing range, audio go for subs and amps leave engine at the front fill the back with sound. Hit some car shows with it 🤘🤘

Depends on the model. If she’s an RS TURBO I’d take it back to standard. If it it just a run of the mill fezz, I’d have it done like a mix between old school and new school. How you’d do that I wouldn’t know, but you could work it out

Full respray a nice red? Two front racing seats, roll cage it out keep inside the back clear, snap off steering wheel, engine change or see what can be done to get more power out of it i would keep this car as much old school as poss. ☺

yep i had a saxo vtr viper body kit but crashed it like so many of the og styled cars have been car meets back in the days was king cause the cars wasnt just built off a ebay basket but built to look as crazy as the owners ideas was.

Keep it as it is for this year just for ford fair the old skool max power will be a shock to most people also the oldies amongst us will be reminising wen we see it 😊 get a good detail on it and see what the paint is like. Clean it up and im sure it will look sick
