I was Bowling with my dad when I rolled my first 300 . He is 70 and has bowled since he was 20 and has never got 300 , we both laughed then cried , It was very emotional and amazing . The ball was a prism hybrid.

I have an amazing story from when I bowled my first 300 game. I was open bowling by myself on the low end of the house away from the party lanes. I was there for about an hour and then came a young guy with his dad. They were on the pair next to me. The young guy gets his spare ball out and shot spares almost the entire time working on his form. He was a lefty two hander, and I kept thinking I really wish I could throw the ball like that. I asked him a couple questions and he was open to talking about bowling with me. I finally asked him for a couple of pointers on my approach, throw and balance. He gave me some really good tips and a week later I shot 300 for the first time on the same pair I bowled the week prior. The guy who helped me was Pack, so thank you for my first 300 Packy!

I bowled my only 300 game with a roto grip hy-wire. I used to bowl with my dad every Sunday morning when I was younger and he taught me the basics. Back when he was young, bowling was really big where he lived. He passed two Januarys ago on a Wednesday. The next Wednesday, I did Wednesday night free bowling with a couple friends. After 4 games of really bad bowling, we said one more game and we’ll head out. Bowled a 300 right there and, even though I don’t believe in that stuff, I will always say my dad was there, helping me throw that 300 game.

My first 300 actually happened this past Thursday my friend that passed away bowled this tournament with me for years and I was always his partner but he passed so I bowled it by myself and placed first out of the whole tournament but I bowled on his favorite lanes he did very good on for the last 6 matches of the tournament and the last game I threw my three hundred and I pictured him sitting there clapping for me the ball was money badger and volatility

Your quest for 300 inspired my practice routine. In my practice, I've never picked a number of strikes in a row as a goal. Now I am. Your 12 strikes is my 6 strikes. But why not. Pick a strike goal, and practice that until you hit it. Loved the "Frankie on the side" bits.

My first 300 was when I was 15 with a Contact Zone 2.0. I was bowling at a synthetic center and a wood center. The wood center had sharper edges behind the deck and if you hit it just right On a 10 or 7 pin spare attempt it’s coming back with a nasty gash. Well that eventually happened a few times and I had it resurfaced and it was never the same. I tried so hard to get the same ball reaction from 2.0s and other brands but I never could get it until the blue revolution Rebel ecx. The never took that ball to the wood lanes again and I had a 841 series with it off the sheet last 8 243, 300, 299 (stone 8 from righty), 31 strikes in a row and too many 300s to count. Assym with polish and a bit of surface usually gives me great mid-lane read. Too much shine and I’m stoning 9s and wrapping 10s annoyingly often. Great vid.

I bowled a season when I was like 12, nothing notable. Then my friends were in a league when I was 17, and their teammate bailed on them right before registration, and asked if I wanted to replace them. They said not to worry if I was garbage because they’re all there to have fun. My friend gifted me a cracked Storm marvel that he had been using for awhile but dropped in his garage and cracked, so I played with them, practiced a ton outside of league, so improved pretty quickly, like first week just breaking 100 was a feat, then I started plateauing mid season around 150. My teammates averages were all in the 180s-200s and I was holdin it down with my 135 average. The one Sunday, playing one of my teammates dad’s team, who was the best team in the league. I bowled two 165ish games, and his dad was joking that I had sandbagged the beginning of the season and my 60 point handicap was such bullshit. Then I bowled a 257, 317 with handicap. He was so pissed. Won a few league prizes too off that game. Highest score with handicap, highest score over average, and a few others. But man, the look on my friends dad face was the best prize of all. Played a few more seasons after that, but now haven’t bowled in years. I really want to get back into a league but struggling to find some friends willing to commit. Tl;dr 257 with a cracked storm marvel when my average was 135, 317 if you count my handicap. Second highest game ever was a 202, so was really just lucky that night.

First and only 300 was Sept 2019 with a Storm Mix. (I can't control reactives!) This "bowling until you shoot 300" seems like quite a mental challenge. I'd like to see some other pros try this. Wouldn't be surprised if it took some a week or more.

First 300 was at Hoilday Lanes during a league night, my grandfather used to be the owner of it before he passed away. I never got to meet him but bowling has always been in my blood. Did it with my purple hammer :)) (Darren and Michael Tang also own a pro shop there now too)

My first 300 was with a MoRich Awesome Hook. Loved that ball! My pro shop tech at the time drilled my thumb into the “A” on the logo so me and my friends called it the “Wesome Hook”

I was bowling with my friend from my high school bowling team a few months ago. I bowled 200 the first game then 160 the second. I was bummed I lost my line in the second game. Then I threw 17 strikes in a row. High game is 300 with the Hammer Redemption Solid (a hand-me-down from a different friend)

Never bowled 300, but 14 years ago I bowled 298 in youth league with a beginner's ball. I forget the make and name of the ball, but I remember the color was a blue+yellow swirl. What I DO remember is that shortly after that performance I was gifted a Storm T-Road Pearl by the pro shop guy who had bowled a couple games on it and decided he didn't want it. He charged me plugging and re-drilling, but that was a bargain none the less for a pimple-faced teenager like I was.

Shot 879 series with games of 300-300-279 with the new Purple Hammer urethane I drilled up. First 3 game set at a sanctioned tourney too. Needless to say we locked up the doubles event 1st place :)

I shot my first 300 back in April with my proton physix. Wasn’t actually my highest series. My high series is 806 with a hustle ink

While I didn’t bowl much in the past year, my highest score before covid happened was about 215 with a mix of pitch black and a hyroad. Would love to win the ball.

Instead of talking about my highest game I'll bring up the one time I threw 18 strikes in a row and DID NOT BOWL A 300. It was with my Hammer Gauntlet asymmetrical ball. Of course the only reason I didn't throw a 300 with it is the fact that I threw these 18 strikes in a row from one game into the next. I struck from the third frame of one game until the 8th frame of the following game. It was the most strikes in a row I've ever thrown in my life and it's a damn shame because I've still never bowled a perfect 300 game. I've been close more times than I can count but I've yet to get the job done. 😑 Perhaps I'll be able to throw my first ever with the Brunswick ball you're giving away? I've never owned one of those before.

Haven't shot a perfect game, but I shot my high of 269 with my storm Axiom. Got this ball around 9 or 10 months ago, and it's been my favorite so far. I went bowling one day, just by myself, and was shooting some my highest scores ever. Threw 11 games, I think I had averaged around 210-215 through those. Game 12, that was the game. I was dialed in, had the front 8, then left a solid 8 in the 9th frame. As much as that was the worst break I could've gotten, I couldn't help but be happy. I kept my head up, threw the first strike in the 10th, and left yet another solid 8, to finish with a 269. A lot of my proudest bowling moments have been with this ball, and I hope to hold on to it for as long as I can.

299 is my highest game. I had the front 11 during my HS bowling practice when a bunch of teammates took the ball I was throwing and made me shoot the last ball with a house ball. Hooked right into the pocket but wrapped the 7 pin (I'm a lefty). That was with my Columbia Ricochet Rebound.

The amount of 279 without a 300 is just depressing at this point. Shot another Last week with a stone 8

My high was is a 268 with a Lane Masters World Class. Was in sweeper tournament and I think the 3rd game of 5. I was shooting fairly well, especially considering my average at the time, probably about 420 through two shooting on a 185ish average. I ended up with the front 7 with all being decent shots. This was the closest I've been and I was starting to feel it. Spent what time I could just focusing on my routine. I got up on the approach, felt good off my hand, line looked good, and had a stone 8 laughing at me. I covered down, went back and BS'ed with a friend who was watching until the next frame. Really didn't make any adjustments because well I threw a good shot and got a good reaction. Ringing 10. Got the spare and struck out to finish the game. It did help me win the tournament and that ball did help in a couple others but time got to it and it cracked out.

First, my first 300 was with a Red Hammer in Phoenix with lane oil restrictions. At time, if you bowled a 300, someone would come out and tape the lanes to make sure they were legal. I worked at the Bowling Center and would practice 10-15 games a day. Second, I was practicing and someone came to watch and I could not miss while practicing. I told him I would bowl a 300 for him. I was kidding but what the hell. I threw 12 in a row and he got up and left. Third, one day 5 of us decided to bowl pot games. I shot 277 and came in last place. There was a 277, 278, 279, 279, 280. Fourth, bowled pot games with 20 people across 12 lanes. The 80's was the best time for bowling. I was at Fairlanes Squaw Peak in Phoenix at a 48 lane house and we were packed 7 days a week. They had over 2000 weekly league bowlers. We even had a 1am league that took half the house and another 12 lanes for the local chinese restaurants workers who came to have fun. That was their night off and they came to bowl. As a note, we had a 80 year guy once who threw the front 11 and then threw the last one intentionally in the gutter. He was afraid he would have a heart attack if he got a 300.

Once with a shined up track mutant, and then a 2nd time on burned lanes with a track desert heat playing far left. My friends couldn’t believe it! Classic bowling balls. I’m a Brunswick fan these days but Track was pretty awesome when I used it a lot then. Love the channel

I was using a Brunswick Nexus in a high school regional tournament, two game series in the finals. My opponent (Who was my doubles partner from the same school) shot 268/269 (537 series) and I shot 238 my first game. Ended up stringing 11 and left a stone 8 for a 299, tying him. We went to a 9/10 rolloff where both of us went 4 for 4. Then the SECOND rolloff, He strikes in the 9th and first ball in the 10th, and leaves a pocket 4-10 his second throw. I strike in the 9th, and then got REALLY behind the ball, and hit light enough to leave a 2-8-10. I pick up the 2-10 and the 10 rebounded toward the 8, but way too far behind it. The owner of the bowling alley we were in is an avid bowling fan and has seen plenty of pros in tournaments, and he still says that was the most thrilling tourney he'd ever seen. Randy Pederson isn't the only person to have his day ruined by a stone 8 lol

I was a 180 average bowler, bowled once a week and was given a ball by a fellow bowler. It was a Brunswick Zone and I LOVED it! Highest game was a 279 and didn't get a chance to do any better with that particular ball due to it getting a spiral split in it from a small chip in the thumb hole from leaving it in the truck over night 1 time. learned a hard lesson that day, along with learning how a bowling center react during league play when someone is getting ready to throw their 10th frame. never had to deal with that kind of pressure of everyone watching you and the center being dead quiet lol. Love the videos and will continue to root for you guys!

Back to back 300s with the hustle wine

I did high school bowling for 4 years at Anderson high. We were up against another school I forget which one. It was our senior year. I sat out the first game but I watched my friend bowl his first 300 game and the first one we have ever seen done in person. I still remember the feeling when he hit it and we all starting screaming and jumping. The alley was full of people all watching us play. Right after that Coach decided to send me in for the 2nd. I then used my black widow dark legend to get 9 strikes in a row. the 10th one I hit the pocket perfectly but the 10 pin didn't fall. I picked it up and got a strike the next throw for a 278. Still my best score. still trying for my first 300 game even 5 years later. but the best part was the next day at school during morning announcements in home room they made an announcement about the games. Then went through the whole day with people congratulating me and being popular for a day. After that some kids from school actually came to watch, even some of the football players (on days when they didn't have practice). Later that year I got my best 3 game series at sectionals. Using the black widow dark legend I got a 644. I was 5 pins from moving on as a solo player. If I had picked up one more spare I would have made it. Still proud of what I did but still kind of sad about it.

My first 300 was thrown with the hammer black and gold widow, and I bowled it with my grandmother watching me. Her husband (my grandpa) was the one who got me into bowling when I was little and when he passed away, I felt like I needed to continue to bowl to carry on his legacy, pretty cool moment

My highest game was 278, which I bowled back in December 1990 as a junior. I bowled a Brunswick Black Diamond (very hard rubber ball), so didn’t have the benefit of the reactive resin balls of today. Just getting back into bowling after stopping for so many years. I enjoy the channel.

Burgandy Hammer urethane from probably 20 years ago. 270-something game. Finished with my first 740 series, which netted me an 820ish series with handicap. Never bowled a game or series that high again and gave up bowling when I broke my wrist and fingers. Found this channel and now looking to get back into bowling to see if I can top what I did way back then. Such a fun sport.

An easy way to bowl 300 is to walk down the lane and kick down any pins you miss. It saves allot of time.

Started bowling about 2 months ago started off with houseballs (obviously) then a buddy of mine gave me a storm marvel s (15lbs) that he wasn’t using. Just recently broke into the 200 club (213) this past Sunday. Started off throwing 1 handed and just recently switched to 2 handed about 2 weeks ago. Here’s to hopefully winning a ball!!

Im 59..I’ve never rolled a 300…I’ve been bowling for 6 years now…highest scores two 279s and four 278s…so close with several brands and cover stocks…currently have a 221 average..i bowl once a week..and didn’t bowl at all because of COVID in almost 2 years. I shot my one and only 300 in my varsity school team in my last year. It was 4 days before my birthday and I used my Black Widow, it was the best feeling ever. I tripped the 7 on my last shot as well, Coolest video I have!

First 300 with an old pearl Timberwolf! Sophomore year in high school bowling, we were 8 deep with 200+ average bowlers that year, so they were rotating 2 of us to JV every match. Shot my first 300, and didn't ever bowl JV again lol.

Me, a righty fwiw, had my 1st sanctioned 300 was on 9/8/95 burgundy Hammer 1st night, Friday, no practice as I got there @630pm when league started. I haf front 8, rack came down in front of 9th (divine intervention that I was gonna get tapped? LOL). My ball hit so hard, it knocked a pin down, ball came back to me up the left gutter almost all the way, needed a score correction, I regrouped, got the 3, then, couldn't carry for 216, 215: 731. After 9th X, manager Rick Barbera told me he was more nervous about the 9th X than the 12th after that malfunction. I said no schitt, right? I was 18yrs old & now, 49, have 23 total 300s, but, only 5 in league (6-299s including a Randy stone 8 😕) Best set was with a Tude2: 300,236,300 circa 2004 that I bought new in 98 & still use sometimes as I had 299 in league in 2016. I have never shot a 300. I did however bowl for a long time and love the sport. when my daughter was on the HS team I decided to bowl also. I started prior to the HS competition. I started with the first nine in front of everyone. I got number 10. The crowd was huge! I got 11. The mood was palatable. Eight count on number 12 in front of everyone. The crowd was amazing and helpful. What a night. 298

First 300 was with a Brunswick monster in a non sanctioned league. First real sanctioned was a Ebonite TPC Shooter 300, 246 ,300. Thanks for the videos!

279 with an old Ebonite Blue Nitro! It was one of my first games throwing urethane and I fell in love with it ever since.

I've never shot an honor score. Closest I've ever gotten was a 280 with the original Black Widow. I was keeping up with the guy I was bowling against. Four pin is what screwed me. Was probably one of my favorite memories in a house!

My first 300 was with the old Brunswick C System 3.5 and I've had a dozen since then with multiple other Brunswick brand bowling balls. This year I haven't been able to bowl because of having ACL surgery on September 9th. I'm just now getting back to the lanes to work on a modified version of my normal approach to try to get back to bowling with my boys! I would love any type of solid symmetric core bowling ball, that's my bread and butter but I'm also digging the hybrid asyms as well. Keep making great content Packy! I think you're hilarious! Bowled my 1st 300 practicing with my son(7y/o). He was mad AF about not striking. I had to sit him down for a game that's when I stepped in and proceeded to strike and explain to him the value of taking your time and controlled breathing/attitude(work in progress). I couldn't of bowled the 300 w/o him cuz while I was talking to him I was also talking to myself. P. S. His high game 203 and I couldn't be more proud. P. P. Still haven’t shot 300 but I rolled a 299 as a teenager in a Pepsi tournament with my Raw Hammer Pain. My favorite ball I’ve ever owned and I still have it. That game is what got me to advance to the finals in my state and that damn wrap seven pin will always haunt me.

Way back in juniors I had the front 11. Of course everyone gathered round which is fine. My last shot came up and the pinsetter dropped a the 4 pin. So I go nervous and walked it off. Rerack. Line up. Everything is going good until I stuck so bad I had to catch myself with my hands on the lane. No foul but of course I yanked the fxck out of it. Threw a 299. My first, and still only, 300 was right there in Northrock during the 2016 state tournament. My dad was with me, and at the time he hadn't gotten his first yet either, so it was a very emotional moment for all. He's since gotten three and I'm still sitting on one, but I at least beat him to the first. It was shot with a Roto Grip Haywire that I still have, though it's long since cracked. My first 300 was with a Teal Rhino. From 1990-2000 I had many others with a Pearl Blue Pulse and Columbia 300 Ti Messenger. In 2001-2002 had to quit bowling due to vertigo condition. Keep grinding, Packy!

Not my first or last, but one of my favorites was in 1993 at Hall of Fame lanes in Canton, OH (at the time, known to be one of the easiest shots on the planet) during an OTBA tournament. 3rd game of the block. AMF Blue Angle (urethane of course).

I started bowling in Wichita Kansas early 80’s, finally got a 300 at the Tulsa open, Broken Arrow Lanes in 2006. Didn’t bowl much at Northrock I shot mostly at Boulevard Bowl, think that was the name, left Kansas in 84 so it was awhile back.

Shot 257 with a GB3. Front 7, stone 8 spare in the 8th, left a 4 pin spare in the 9th, 10 pin spare strike in the 10th. That stone 8 was demoralizing 😂😂 kept it together though. Honestly thought that game was gonna be my first 300. Oh whale, back to it!

Hammer Black Widow 2.0 for a score of 217. Not that high but I'm proud of it considering that I didn't start taking bowling seriously until about a year ago. I like what you're doing keep it up.

First time bowling with a Sync, 279. First time bowling with a Alpha Crux, 279. Finally topped it with a 280 this year using the same Alpha Crux.

297 with a 900 Global Break S75, with one of the craziest drill patterns I've ever seen (remember having to deal with "Pro CG" balls?). Great ball that eventually cracked. Highest with a piece poured by Brunswick was probably back in the day that Lane #1 had a contract with Brunswick to pour their stuff, an old Tsunami H20. As for anything with a Big B on it, a Sidewinder of all things.

Hammer 3D offset SuperHook was my first 300. Also, this video definitely highlights that skill is not the only factor in getting a 300. There is a lot of luck involved.

I bowled my first 300 with a Columbia 300 white dot which I found hilarious after I realized what ball I threw it with. I was just trying to practice on the five board and when I looked up at the ninth frame I panicked.

Picked bowling back up 4 years ago after not bowling since youth leagues when I was 6. My high game is now 257 with a Brunswick Mastermind Genius.

I bowled my first 300 game (my first 2, back-to-back) with a Columbia 300 caramel white dot ball in 1973 when I was 17yrs old. I think it was actually the first plastic ball to come out. The next 300 I shot was when I was 20 years old (still a junior bowler) with a silver Columbia 300 blue dot (part of a four-game series where I shot 1069).

Shot a 224 with a Complete NV given to me by Dana Miller from 10pins before I joined the USAF back in 2011. Still have that ball and I shot a 220 with it 2 months ago! Getting back into it!

First 300 back in 2004 was with a Storm Eraser Boost PBT. Bowling with my dad and my longtime youth bowling coach was subbing with our team that night. Also had my first 800 series with the same ball.

I shot a sanctioned 300 the first game on a new pair during summer league. I was using my Pro Motion (I love that ball, even though I'm the only one), and had the worst pain due to Kidney Stones... I was unable to throw hard, and was looping the whole lane... Great memory, and the first sanctioned 300 after my friend had purchased the Alley.

It was the first time I wanted to try to hook the bowling ball and my friend taught me the basics. I had only played for fun at peoples birthday parties or on New Years and averaged about 115, bowling straight shots with house balls. Used a storm timeless and bowled 234 on my fourth game of the day. I learned the magic of the hook that day

My one and only 300 came in league play at age 19 with a Columbia 300 Messenger in Black/Gold. That was a great day finished with a 754 series. Dad was very proud.

My high game was a 248 with a Brunswick Attitude 3 back in 2001. Since getting back into bowling this year I've only managed a couple of 214's with my Motiv Fatal Venom. Gotta work on my spares.

Bowled my "high" game of 141. Story is, Me, and 2 cousins went bowling, let's say jeff was his name. He was showing me how to curve balls and I was doing terrible the first 3 games, the 4th and final game I did my best at 141 and beat the person that was showing me how to curve, while throwing curve shots, was kinda crazy. Happen a few weeks ago, and I've yet to come close to 141, but I was setup in a game to be over 160 and I messed it up so bad the last half of the game. Lesson learned, I was only good once. Apparently though when I was very young I bowled a turkey. I don't remember it, I was just always told about it happening. No proof to back up me actually bowling that so it's kinda just something where I either trust the people saying it, or I don't 🤷‍♂️

My first 300 was in a junior league using a Monster Bruiser. I struck out in the 10th the game before it after struggling to find a line and told my teammate I would throw a 300 the next game and I did. My teammate carried me around the bowling center after the game. It was awesome.

It was about a month ago that I bowled my highest game (209), as well as my highest series (580) with a phaze 2 (but I used a hustle to make right side spares).
