One of my college jobs was dishwasher. I’ve easily seen that many plates in an hour’s time on a Saturday lunch service. The amount of seats in that dining room should’ve been a clue you were in over your head! Loved the video, you’ll get ‘em next time!

Older golden corrals had seating capacity for 175. Newer buildings can seat up to 400. 50 people coming in for 1 meal is a small blip on the radar for any given day. 50 people eating a total of 500 pounds? These are competitive eaters? Pshhh

Probably one of the best videos on KZfaq. Many KZfaqrs unfortunately contribute to wasting food and here food not being wasted at a buffet is the best thing. Also the promotion on not wasting food, donating to charity and eating sustainably was the best (with 108 tonnes being wasted which is extremely sad). Food wasting should be stopped and KZfaqrs going restaurant to restaurant and wasting food should stopped as well.

After swim meets in highschool we’d stop at Golden Corral on way home… at least 50 athletes and their families… these places are prepared for this kind of stuff… and from an economic standpoint, buffets that charge people for food not eaten are very smart… that’s the way to cut down on food waste…
