Mariel's Closet gets her Skims from Avila95 previously known as PGgearlan. Buddyssmom is the ALO supplier and the New lululemon comes from a hispanic man and the used one comes from Texas. If someone has a real product why aren't they selling the product themselveS?. VAD has a valid point. Do not be fooled. Whatnot needs to be sued for allowing this to happen. I am team VAD. There is also another whatnot girl Amyasco. She is questionable too. Wake up people.

I am a semi-newer seller on whatnot and have been reselling for years, I sell Nwt items (not Lulu) and I suspected from the 1st show I watched of Mariel’s that her stuff was fake because who tf gets lululemon and alo pallets Nwt that just doesn’t happen . There was another seller selling Nwt Alo too she had about 3 shows before she was banned lol. The problem is Mariel and Rosie have a HUGE following and people defending them as if they know them, it’s actually super super sad especially for sellers like me who yes have a smaller following but actually care about my customers and making sure they get authentic real shit . Ridiculous

Hi! I was the one that purchased the Stanley tumblers, brown Lululemon belt bag and neon green Lululemon bottle. I’ve been in contact with Whatnot about my counterfeit claims and I’m sending in the items to them for them to inspect. They said if they find them to be authentic, they ship the items back to me…. They better not end up on my doorstep!

I messaged what it about my fake lululemon bottle and they told me they don’t authenticate “Stanley or lululemon” so they told me it would be up to the seller: then all of the sudden I get another email from them after all of this crap comes out about them scamming and they want me to send my bottle in for “further examination” after they already told me they don’t authenticate these items… makes sense right?

Whatnot's policy for authentication is absurd to me. They don't know real from fake whatsoever. Whoever they have on that team is a joke. I purchased a pair of Birkenstocks that were clearly fake. All the things that could be wrong with them, were SO wrong. I provided them photos and they insisted I needed to send them the item to verify. Weeks pass and I hear nothing. I reach out to them and they inform me they couldn't come to a conclusion about their authenticity, but for my convenience they would give me my money back. I was shocked that they weren't able to look at the shoes I sent in and realize they came directly from China. I would not be surprised if that is the result you receive. I truly hope not!

@@db23899 whatnot has still been saying this, and they will continue to say this. They will not ever admit to anything being counterfeit. They’ve been shown l i t e r a l e m a i l s 👏🏻 from *Stanley* saying that the two water bottle color names were never made! therefore making them COUNTERFEIT and Rosiesdiscount nor Whatnot will EVER admit they have been (selling)or in Whatnot’s case (allowing people to continue to sell on their platform) It’s a disgrace and honestly such a money grab, it’s disgusting

If these people get kicked off WhatNot they will just sell their fake stuff in Poshmark live. Posh live is full of fake LV zipper pulls and “charms.“ I’m not an expert at spotting the fake Lululemon and Alo on Posh live yet as the sellers I’ve seen have moved the merch too quickly around the screen for me to get a good look at it. But after watching Vanessa’s vids I suspect it’s more fake Lululemon than real on all live shows.

100% agree. It’s the seller’s responsibility to confirm your items are authentic and your sources are legit. This is so disheartening, especially when you consider the sheer magnitude of the items they have sold. DH Gate is laughing all the way to the bank. 🤦‍♀️

I was suspicious about the NWT lululemon because from my understanding as a reseller of many many years is Lulu is huge on brand protection. They don’t want NWT lulu in the marketplace tanking their value. When the Stanley’s came in I was like hell no! Those are definitely fake!

There is a well known KZfaqr (who himself is not above some shady practices) that actually was asked to leave a Lululemon store for trying to buy clearance clothing in bulk. They are extremely protective about their brand. WhatNot, however, could care less. As long as scummy resellers bring in buyers, they will keep promoting them and giving them a platform. It will take someone like Lululemon to bring a lawsuit against them for it to stop these crooks, because all WN is concerned with is growth.

Whatnot needs to be sued for aiding and abiding fraud. If they do not do anything for the sake of their profits they need to be sued. I wonder if they purchase overstock or liquidation how come they have the hot selling colors and merchandise. Most of the stuff that gets liquidated is the stuff that is hard to sell, past season. Am I missing something?

I’d just like to say Zelle is absolutely a great method to transfer funds and safe! Not sure about doing it B2B though.. That’s not necessarily sketchy but I feel like if you’re running a business, your transactions should be done differently.

I hope you keep doing these videos, I don't think most buyers have any clue how to even tell, I'm pretty good about knowing but I was really interested in the belt bag videos you did showing all the differences. Buyers should know these things so they can do their own research before hand. I'm glad I stopped shopping on whatnot. Wayy too many issues and it's also hard to tell just looking at them showing it on video, especially before you receive the items, if you are buying a fake or not. It's pretty sad. I'd be so mad if I bought from these people!

I was actually watching all ur Nicole state vids but then saw this and I’m sad cuz bought some aerie leggings from mariel recently and when I got it, it seemed way off in sizing and quality 😢 I’m realizing it was probs a fake (although i cant be 100% sure) and I paid quite a bit. I’m surprised tho cuz she has sooo many followers she seemed legit

Mariel just debunked that whole issue with the red water bottle, she had an older version. Don’t believe everything you see because it’s on KZfaq. Be discerning. Have you even tried bringing your stuff to Lulu to see what they say? Because I have! And it was all real!

I understand that it must be hard to accept that you spent a ton of money on fake items, but Rosie literally admitted that she was selling counterfeits. The only thing in question was whether or not she did it intentionally. She refunded many customers already. She literally posted a comment on one of Vanessa's videos and then responded to the allegations admitting to what she had done. She vowed not to sell any more fakes but she's back at it. So if she didn't know her items were fake at first, she found out that they were, issued refunds to buyers who found out about it, and now she just doesn't care and is intentionally scamming people like you. If I were you, I would get my refund, shop elsewhere, and thank Ms. Vanessa for helping me to stop looking like a fool.
