I was recently watching @Jessicapie video where she built a bowling alley, movie theatre and arcade and I fell involve with with the idea of building " multi purpose" lots in the Sims 4 where your Sims can enjoy multiple activities one one lot without having those annoying loading screens.
This week I built a lot which includes 2 bars - one "normal" bar and the other a karaoke bar and then the last building is a nighclub. Apparently the mixologist will only make use of one of the bars but your Sim can then make their own drinks, tend the bar and gain mixology if you so choose.
