true even more ironic is that in case of AiO´s probably 90% of companies don´t even produce it themslelves due to the pump patent. So mostly it´s the some design/AiO with different fans and radiator.

the rough motion of the RGB may not be the fault of the fans nor the extensions, as they may be the fault of the RGB controller.

I've used a few Red Dragon products in the past and honestly have always been pleasantly surprised. No they aren't going to be on par or beat high end brands, but for the price it's usually a safe purchase. I even had a good experience with their customer service. Bought a keyboard with hot swap PCB and came with blue clicky switches. I didn't like them and reached out to Red Dragon to see if they would be willing to send me some brown switches to install. I only asked bc they included a 3 pack of alternative switches with the keyboard. Red Dragon said they don't stock sets of switches, but instead sent me an entire new keyboard with Brown switches for free...and said I could keep the one I purchased. The interesting thing was that they didn't ask me to do the typical (China junk ripoff company) thing, where they tell you to give the product a 5⭐ review due to the free product. So Red Dragon is typically worth taking a chance on, at least for peripherals....I don't know how much I'd trust the longevity of an AIO but who knows

I recently used the Icoler fans (V1) for a build I will be attempting to sell soon. They were nice to work with, and I'll be using them in my next build, for sure. As for the AIO, I went with a Thermalright 360mm AIO, which was cheaper than the Red Dragon one. If you haven't looked into Thermalright yet, definitely do so.
@ThePhoenix198
@ThePhoenix198 14 күн бұрын
Must admit that so far, I have avoided Thermalright products; the name sounds too much like a knock-off of 'Thermaltake'. But then I suppose that there are a finite number of company names beginning with 'Thermal'. If this video is the precursor of a series, then I'd second the request for you to investigate Thermalright products.

I´m personally not someone who can accept nor will ever cheap out on parts. I happily pay the premium price for Lian Li parts instead of buying knock offs simply because Lian Li is one of the few companies who actually listens to their customers and are improving their products. I´ve been a huge fans ever since the O11D Mini got released. Which was my very first case. And that drive to improve products is why I want to pay a premium price so Lian Li has the funds to improve and offer newer and better tech. Beside the poor RGB on the fans, Ram and psu cable "extensions" I think if you set it all to a monochrome color then it can actually look very decent. And with the AiO well I wouldn´t buy any knock off AiO simply because the Arctic Liquid Freezer III is 90€ right now and it got crowned the best performing AiO 2024. So just spend the 30 bucks extra to have one of the best AiO´s on the market and yes I mean the 360 model. So still that brings the savings down to 270$ and that´s still a good amount. Considering that a 4070 Super costs around 750-800$ that amount is actually enough to get a 4070 TI Super or with some luck and deals a 4080 which would be a massive upgrade. So yes if you´re able to get a better GPU then this is worth it. And don´t worry I´ll buy Lian Li products at a premium price so they continue improving :D

I've had those fans saved on my Amazon account for several months now, but couldn’t bring myself to pull the trigger on them yet. I worried about them being too loud under load since they’re cheap knock offs. Maybe I'll give them a try. Icoler also makes a 30mm thick fan with the same Uni Fan look. I’d be interested in the performance of those fans as well!
