I've been looking at homes on zillow for fun recently and realized that a sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge were all non-negotiables in a home I own in the future. For anyone wanting to know how ice baths cause happiness.. its the change in temperature when your body goes from homeostasis to extreme cold you're to distracted to have a panic attach and hormones and nurotransmitters are released that try to get your body back to homeostasis. Also if your looking to sleep better turn on the ac take a really hot bath then turn it to freezing at the last moment going from hot to cold will release melatonin and naturally make you sleeping I learned all of this durring a stay at a mental hospital and now showers and temperature regulation are coming techniques I use all the time ❤❤

I think this is one of the best examples of looking for happiness in the wrong places.
