my pc got gtx 670 ryzen 5 1600 and 8gb ram it can run creative at 200 fps and in game 120-100 i optimized a litle so yea is this good? pc costed around 300

@@NightFN-FRhe was lying he said the monitor was 95 hz or 100 but it was running 300+ in creative and 120+ in game it should only be running 95 -100 hz no matter how good the pc is the monitor has to be able to run 300 and no 400 dollar pc is running 300 hz that you can buy like on a website

@@Ah-pd2sv dude you make no sense, do you mean it should be running at 95-100 fps? and even if you mean that you're still wrong, fps and hz are a different thing. Hz or the refresh rate is how many times the monitor is refreshing the image on the screen, while fps is basically how many frames your computer is drawing. The fps can go over the screen refresh rate but it can lead to screen tearing which may not display frames correctly.
