Loved it! Kinda hard to read the info cards on the mobs though because they would disappear too quickly for me who has a difficulty reading English You could try the method of keeping them up for the amount of time it takes to read through the cards 3 time.

Two tips that would have made your life so much easier: 1. Use fire resistance potions for your undead mobs. 2. Just like how zombies turn into drowned when they stay in water for too long, skeletons turn into strays when they stay in powder snow for too long. By the way, you can keep skeleton horsemen, you just have to equip them with items (I have one fully equipped with leather armor and he still hasn't despawned). Also it was not clear in the footage but did you name the horseman or the horse?
