18:06 the reason you fell into the void because of a glitch: if pistons push you into a end portal, you will be teleported to the same coordinates of the overworld in the end (basically the void)

Easy way to remember, when brewing your potions, the ditto: “redstone is length, glowstone is strength.” Redstone increases the time a potion works, while glow stone increases its level of strength from I to II. If you say it backwards, (glowstone is length, redstone is strength), it doesn’t have the same ring to it. It becomes a little bit of a tongue twister. So, if you can’t remember which saying it is, try saying both versions out loud. It’s helped me a ton!

This is insane. The build itself is amazing, but the showcase of illusions along with the reveal that the building itself is an illusion... That makes it iconic.

A great block combo I found is using sandstone as a flooring with deep slate bricks as walls, it looks pretty good and can be improved upon

The hlitch that caused you to die happens when a piston pushes a singular player into the end portal. It will teleport you to the relative cordinents of where you were in the overworld into the end. If two players go in it doesn't work

i went to an illusion museum in my city recently. this concept in a virtual world can be taken a lot further in terms of scale, def. as we see here lol. this is so cool.

I remember going to some sort of museum as a child that had a lot of amazing optical illusions, this video let me think of those again!

you could have made the map illusion larger by taking the original image and dividing it into 4 sections, then put them through the image to map art converter and built all four of them to make it larger and therefore better resolution

It spawned you in the void because you got pushed to the side of portal by the piston. There is a glitch that if you get pushed in like that you get teleported to the exact same coordinates you were in overworld so it just spawns you in the void. Pretty good for traps if I do say so myself

It's been known for some time now that being pushed into an end portal by a piston spawns you at the coords in the overworld you were at in the end.

There’s actually a game focused on using optical illusions to get around. It’s called Monument and Monument 2. Both games are really fun of the most intelligent skip massive dialogue they want you to read for the law, but hey, you can’t play me and my name is won the gave you the option to skip the dialogue.

The hidden button, the dirt house… it’s a work of art. That is a masterpiece.

There is a glitch with pistons and end portals that can teleport you thousands of blocks away into the void. It has some weird Minecraft black magic, timey-wimey, wibbbly-wobbly stuff to set it up prior to, but then, when you get pushed through the portal with pistons, you will get teleported into the void.
