Tip for feeding the snake - dip it in some boiling water for a second, they are attracted to the heat as it makes it seems alive.. I have snakes and they refuse to eat a cold mouse lol

Yeah I heat all my frozen feeders in hot water then dry it off. They are always warm when I feed them.

@@MrHillbilly Interesting. If this was a wild caught snake he was probably eating lizards at this size. What you can do is catch a lizard and sorta rub it on the mouse to get the lizards scent on the mouse. Just an idea.. I've seen people do it with stuff that only eats frogs. Also defiantly try heating up the mouse if you use frozen thawed because they use their heat pits to locate their prey.
