@futuristicgirl14 how do you think she should have been with Marina? It's been about a year since I've watched the season so I might be misremembering it but she did give her a chance to tell him, right? She tried to tell everyone it was a bad idea and tried to prevent the family she cared more for than her own family from becoming a laughingstock, and Colin, who she's obviously in love with, from being used and manipulated by Marina. She had done everything outside of using her power as Whistledown to right the situation but nobody would listen to her or take her seriously. I think it would have been immoral to stand by and watch as any innocent person is scammed, let alone somebody she claims to care for. Maybe she could have done more but I don't expect someone in her position or at her age to know exactly how to handle such a complicated ordeal. Marina is absolutely a product of the times, which is sad on its own, but that doesn't excuse her actions after the fact. Penelope was kind and supportive until she set her sights on manipulating the Bridgertons.

In the newer prints of the Bridgerton books, their story stands out the most because it's both their stories. The book cover states that it's Colin AND Penelope's story. Previous books only state that it's Daphne, Anthony, & Benedict's story. The SO's are never mentioned. The trend isn't followed by Francesca, Hyacinth, or Gregory. The other exception is with Eloise because Phillip's name is in the title-- To Sir Philip, With Love.

I find it quite interesting that the way you count with your fingers says a lot about a person. Where I’m from, the Philippines, we start counting with our pinky. Then, when I was younger, we left to live in the States. Then, I learned that a lot of my friends start counting with their thumb and the teachers too. Some of them start with their forefinger then middle, ring finger, pinky, and finishing with their thumb. I’ve also travelled in other countries where they close their fingers to count. I know it’s unrelated to the upcoming season, but I just wanted to share it. 😂

Fun fact. So many random people think that the acting uni I went to is small and not as "good" or well known as the ones in London. But they say all this without even knowing that the actor who plays Colin in Bridgerton is one of the star alumnis from my acting uni. Think twice, bitches 😂 I feel so cool and honoured knowing we studied and trained in the same building! It's really not about where you study that determines success as an actor, because look at his success. And now the focus on his character in S3. Success is not only found in London, it can be found anywhere.
