I feel like most of the people commenting are in their early teens and haven't experienced thinking about your future with a partner. It is so hard to maintain a relationship where you're the only one with a career, making all the money for the family, and your partner either works minimum wage or doesn't work at all. The ex broke up with him not because she wasn't in love with him, but because she had to consider their future. She's striving towards a goal of being successful, while he's still wandering without a goal.

i agree with this but i still don't see this as an excuse for her. she was suffocated at that one moment but made a choice that will impact both their futures negatively, she really wasn't thinking about the future at all. Not that we can't make mistakes when it comes to these decisions but she should learn to live with the consequences of her actions: she can't eat her cake and have it.

When you love someone you would love to be with that person and help him to build his goal be with him in difficult time instead of leaving him when you see no improvement . In relationships sacrifice has to be made he was lonely too he didn't get time to spend with her he has sacrificed too .

So far me too. I mean at least she is on the same page or pace with him and knows what his dream is. The ex and him are on different pace where she do not understand his dream and he has been supporting her morally she was on another page of her life where she wants to build her career. Nothing wrong with that so i think it was better of to let him go instead of keep hurting eachother. One forcing herself to be there with him but she was only physically nothing else while he was all the time feeling that she does not want him anymore but not knowing what he did or how to fix it because she never told him what bother her about him.

She loves him but they just weren't right for each other. They have different timelines and plans for the future. That's why it is perfectly alright for her to decide to break up with him. Drunk calling an ex is not to be commended of course, but it happens sometimes especially when the break up is new. I love how this episode portrays real issues in real relationships realistically.

For many negative comments on this yellow series, i personally feel so related towards the story. Its not the kind of drama stories that makes you feel jiggly romance. This series explain real situation in relationship. There is breakup situation and its not the fault of the one who choose to break up first. Sometimes the situation force you to break up. Get real guys. Understand the perspective.

This person never said it was okay to break another person's heart. They're stating that it's normal to make mistakes like this one in a relationship. In order for us human to learn and improve we have to make a few mistakes. So people shouldn't feel ashamed of them but instead embrace them instead. And there's no point in telling him how much she misses him when he's already moved on. The real world is supposed to be scary but exciting at the same time.

Just because someone’s been by your side and seen the worst of you does not mean you have to be with them. He does not have to feel obligated to give Sooa a chance just because of that. Feelings are feelings. If he doesn’t like you, he doesn’t like you. No matter how good you are, if they don’t see it then you just hope for the best for them. Word of advice, don’t always be kind just to expect the same treatment back. Be kind because that’s what’s right. Expecting someone to like you back just because you’ve always been there and kind to them does not make you any better. Think about this.. when they finally start liking you, will you stop being kind because you finally got them? So be a good person without always having expectations.

I don't think Sooa is just 'infatuated' with Jihoon. I think it's more than that. Infatuation doesn't make you wait at the bus stop while it's raining, freezing cold, just so she can shield Jihoon from the rain. Infatuation is not telling Jihoon to take the umbrella when just 10 seconds ago, Jihoon hurt her feelings. The ex is a great girl as well, but once you let someone go, you can't just take them back like they're her rag dolls. It's only my opinion though!

I relate to Yeji so much in this episode. After my boyfriend and I broke up because of our differences and jealousy (after being in a relationship for 2 years), I started dating guys who are “better” per se, may it be in looks, in charisma, etc. But the feeling just wasn’t there. I couldn’t be happy. I kept looking for my ex’s qualities in men I meet. When my ex texted me about how I’m doing, I made sure I wouldn’t miss that chance again. Thankfully we got back together again, much happier than before. We’re now going on our 5 years together.

I can actually get why she broke up with him. She has too much to think about, he only thinks about music and her so to the ex it may seem unfair to him that he's so invested but she can't be. Plus her economic worries etc, I get that she can love him but still break up. What I don't get is calling him out and then saying he's pathetic, without a plan, then saying she misses him, that's torturing him and belittling his dreams / life, I think she's really low for that. (all in all though I agree I'm rooting for Sooa!)
