Dustin, you make me reallly ashamed because you've genuinely grasp'd so much of the Vietnamese language, i'm completely flabbergasted. Not only do you know a lot of the vocabulary, but you know the little expressions, greetings, and cute banter in the vietnamese language and culture. I've tried to study different languages in school, but I never was able to grasp a new language like THIS!!! Very impressed Dustin that you're able to eat all these foods, I can see you really try to figure out the taste of things when you put them in your mouth it's like you have a curiosity and you're trying to find the answer for yourself. So cool to watch, keep em comin man.

Saw this video yesterday. Just went there for lunch today hahhaaa. The Com Ga Luoc is fantastic, especially the rice. And the salt with lime for the chicken is great also. I had to get extra chicken though as the 3 pieces were not enough. They really need to change the "59 Nguyen Minh Hoang" to "50 Nguyen.." There's a barber shop or salon in their old spot.

I know boiled chicken isn't a thing Westerners typically like, but I enjoyed it growing up whether it be boiled chicken/duck/pork that's eaten with our rice. It's simple, but good. The dip made with lime leaves is a must for the boiled chicken/duck. And goi is so refreshing....it's so much better than the typical American salads when served with our rice meals.

Man, this is extraordinary. In both europe and us restaurants just sell frozen food made in factories. Seeing this is really awesome. Is like living in an era where food is still real.
