He probably could have won on Tempo if he'd taunted his Pharoah Cat instead of Edwin on Turn 4. Pirate Warriors don't have reliable removal that bypasses taunts.

As I see the nerf is actually really relevant in terms of using Scion with galakrond on the same turn. 3 7/6 was actually broken

@@enricomeirelles2304 Yes that's true as well. I just didn't notice it because my decks tend to be on the aggro-to-midrange side. So I was getting stomped by the control tools of Galakrond Warrior far earlier in the game than a Galakrond-Scion combo would have been possible.

I wouldnt like it that much in the deck, because a 3 mana 2/2 would be a big tempo loss anytime youre not playing galakrond on ten or drawing it with wondrous wand. Even then its only like a 3 mana 6/6 or 7/7, and thats not that strong in comparison to some cards we've seen this expansion.

Depends on whether you get taunt lackey or not In this case his play was better since he got titanic lackey and was able to tank 6 dmg. If there was no taunt lackey then your method is better

No lie I only play full on thief rogue while still keeping it competitive and that blade keeps amazing me. I love that quest so much!

@@engladtur and this Trump boi thinks he's playing value without the permanent Huntsman Bow. That blade can save up like 15 damage by the time you replace it with Galakrond. And if you're both lucky and unlucky enough to not have it completed by the time you Galakrond, the blade is actually better than Galakrond Hero power (which actually sucks... like 2 mana for a lackey that costs another 1 mana? essentially 3 mana for a lackey is terribly slow and poor)

@@DonFreeq I don't like Highlander at all. Blink fox and the 2 Mana add 2 spells from other class are crucial to complete the quest, as well as Galakrond. The pay off, The genie guy and Alextraza are dull when compared to having more good cards (for me at least)

@@ballsofsalsa01 Yeah you kinda right with quest completing as in highlander it may take quite a time which is an issue... but Alex and Zef are still freaking nice and they both may help completing quest as well. And it's so cocky to play highlander quest dragon rogue... You basically showing straight away who has biggest cohones =D That's some value alongside opponent making big eyes what is he playing against xd I'm not saying it's better, i'm just saying it might be as good but way more hipster xd I just made some heavier analyses on stats and found out that Frizz is very good with already 8 dragons in deck, Galakrond in highlander rogue is barely worth it, maybe even borderline not worth at all + noticing lists run 3 other class card generation + zef + alex + 20% catty. On top of that in highlander you have sth like 3-4 spots wih high variance. Add stuff together and you have some questions popping. Too many decent factors to not be able make a bread from that flour. Question is how good it can get, but if it's just as good as normal quest rogue shouldn't be bad in my book for hipster version.

@@Otek_Nr.3, I play a lot of aggro personally. The fun thing about aggro is for me personally (and probably a lot of ohters) is that aggro is an archetype where you can close out games fast and still get the thrill of winning. Also, you don't have to lay down 100 dollars every new expansion. It does feel soul-crushing when you're facing hard control and you know you can never beat those decks;_;
