Prince Harry may have “lied” in his bombshell memoir Spare, and “a lot of that book is inaccurate”, according to The Sun’s royal photographer.
This comes as the Duke of Sussex is battling over his visa application this week, following writing about taking coke, weed and magic mushrooms.
During the hearing, Harry’s lawyer claimed the royal might have exaggerated his drug claims to sell copies of his autobiography.
Royal photographer Arthur Edwards spoke on The Sun's Royal Exclusive show following lawyer John Bardo claiming “the book [Spare] isn’t sworn testimony or proof”.

He definitely has taken drugs, that’s not a lie, but whether he’s taken them the way explained in the book I don’t know. However lots in that book are easily proveable lies. Harry will believe his own lies though because he thinks it gives him an excuse to be a horrible human.

@@sedekiman824but when that failed I read he made aviable a cellar at his home so that he could continue his drug taking privately where no paps could photograph his behaviour. Now I cannot remember when I read this or who spoke about it but if it's the truth his father has to accept some of the blame of how he's turned out. So this could be part of the reason why King Charles is more forgiving.He is a softy and if your child turns out to be a drug addict who teaches you how to handle it if the qualified rehab invention doesn't stop the habit.

I must admit I was not a fan of Camelia. However, she has shown herself great support to all and stepped up. I've learnt a lot about Diana behind the scenes, which is a bit of an eye-opener. There's a legal disclaimer buried in the book. Harry concedes his memories are not objective facts, then argues that there is just as much truth in his memories as there are in objective facts. Fails the 5-year old logic test: Show a room of five-year olds a banana and ask them if it's just as true to call it a live possum. That's Spare in a nut shell.

Very nice to hear Arthur Edwards speak so warmly of KC & QC. Imo The Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh and the D&D of Gloucestershire are good support as well. @@belladolce998 Camilla always takes a holiday break at this time of year as do other royals. It takes huge amounts of energy being in the public eye, being appropriately dressed, talking to hundreds of different people each week. It is not for the faint hearted. If you do some research you will understand how much effort is required in physical, academic and emotional energy. The days of arriving, cutting a ribbon and leaving were many decades ago. Queen Elisabeth II was a perfect example of the effort required and conversational effort alone would be exhausting. I find it strange how people still think life for the royals is similar to the Draconian Era.

I would never have bought the book anyway, but learnt of some of the content from media reports. That vile comment about his former teacher who I believe was an invalid? and how she wasn't 'fanciable' etc - OMG what sort of idiot would write that in a memoir? He may "think" he's entitled and important because of his royal blood, but he's ghastly, spoilt, immature and spiteful. HIs wife suits him down to the ground - and there was I, foolish enough to celebrate their wedding in 2018.

And everyone else.....in the Oprah interview, when Markle was making misleading statements, eg;. got married 3 days before the 'spectacle '(as she put it ..but loved every minute ) you could see how embarrassed and uncomfortable Harry was having to agree with such statements, .... it wasnt being filmed live so he could have put the record straight on so many untruths but didnt have the backbone to go against his wife ...

Seems to me that the two brothers have resolved the difficulties: The Prince of Wales has apparently pretty much disowned his brother and doesn't want anything to do with his deceitful and treacherous younger brother. Problem solved. I disagree most strongly with the statement that "Kate is the modern Diana." Yes, the Princess of Wales (let's have some respect here) is a "superstar". But she obviously supports her husband and the Monarchy in every way, with dignity, grace and charm. Diana, on the other hand, did everything she could to undermine her husband. She was spiteful, scheming and manipulative - not at all supportive. The two are about alike as chalk and cheese, and I resent the comparison bitterly. Otherwise, I very much enjoy Mr Edwards' insights into the RF and the Monarchy from his unique perspective.

H & M are now promoting the idea that book Spare is inaccurate - it would help H to stay in U.S. as he can say his drug use mentioned in Spare was not true. The book sold as being true, but when it becomes inconvenient, book is said to be inaccurate. A little too convenient.
