when i was 11, i was at the lowest point at my life. not eating, sh, staying up till 4 am, not going to school, feeling numb and not care, attempted 7 times and way more. parents made it worst, but now im healing but still eating less then 1000 cals a day but im getting better. been clean for 3 weeks, and having better friends, and trying to ignore the people who tell me to kms and more. recovery is possible i love everyone who reads this, stay strong. That's sad.. I'm 12 and I starve myself ever since I was 8 and I'm still starving myself and I'm 83 pounds but my doctor says I'm underweight and I should be about 120 pounds for my age.

I'm 14 and just started going through something very similar to this. Being the "thickest" one or just feeling insecure about myself and trying to restrict food. The food guilt every single time I eat. As a runner I especially need food for fuel and it's been so difficult to balance all of it. Thank you so much Piper for making this video. Seriously I don't think you understand how many people this helps. You're gorgeous and your personality is so fun and loving

I've watched ur channel since the beginning and still watch it. I'm still really sorry for how hard everything has been, I really am. and I love how ur here for everyone. As a person going through the fear of eating, it's been really hard to get anything through. even when I would try, I wouldn't be able to get something through, and yet I still never give up! Here is a quick reminder for everyone: Sometimes life gets tough, but it's part of life. Never give up! Cause everyone is perfect in their own way. Food is really a good re-fill in life (yeah I noticed it today). I'm here for anyone, if anyone needs someone to talk to. Don't be afraid to reach out to anyone! It's a really good way to help with whatever u might be struggling with. Reach out to the people u love and the people u trust. I know sometimes it's really tough to do such stuff such as reaching out or trying to find help. But I can promise u it's worth it in the end! God bless u all, god has a good path chosen out for u!❤

It’s so messed up the fact that you received so much hate when I started to lose weight and work out 😢 Edit: I’m currently watching the video and I understand how you feel about being the thicker friend or whatever and I do dance and we all wear activewear and stuff like that I am the only one in my class who actually has a stomach like I’m bigger and everyone else is flat as paper and idk if it’s like one of those teenage things where you are just insecure about random things but I understand where you are coming from in a way and you ended up getting through it. I didn’t have an eating disorder and I don’t rn but yeah idk. Love you lots Piper ❤

Girl, words cannot explain how much I'm touched by this video. I struggled with a somewhat ed as well. I was in a relationship with this guy and let's just say he was an f boy. He was interested in basically every girl that I hung out with, WHILE WE WERE TOGETHER. Long story short, his whole f boy persona caused me to feel extremely insecure about myself and my body. I would skip multiple meals a day and tell my parents that I had a big lunch as an excuse for not eating much or just not eating, period. I was also running track at the time and would always literally see stars when I was running and told the coaches that I was just out of shape. I did eventually start eating again and began to struggle with binge eating. It's mostly under control now, but I always feel the inner voice in the back of my mind. Some days are harder than others, but I am slowly finding myself again. Thank you for being such a positive voice on the internet and sharing your experiences! You are so inspiring ❤

I'm 11 and I've been called fat and now I just been working out and been skipping foods like breakfast and lunch and my parents say "I'm glad your losing weight" and my friends say "Your exercises are working well on you" and it makes me want to cry and when I over eat I try to either throw up or anything to lose the food and till his day I still do this but this video had helped me alot since no one would really help me so thank you I really needed to hear this and I'll try to get into a normal eating schedule

I feel for you piper. Thank you for talking about this. I recently broke up with my ex and I felt like I was starting to have an eating disorder myself and I was starting to go down that path. Luckily when I started to notice I stopped before going deep in that path. It’s nice to know I’m not the only pretty girl that’s struggling. You should make this an audio or someone should. ❤❤❤

I understand how u feel to a certain extent bc I struggle with mental health differently than you but I understand how hard eating disorders are, just honestly know you’re not alone, other people have gone or are still have gone or are going through the same, plus at least you have a great support system, I believe that you should always do what makes YOU happy, not what makes others happier

I’m in the same battle with anorexia. This video is so inspiring and encouraging and the thing you said about constantly weighing yourself and those horrible headaches are so relatable.my older sister as well had the same problem. Keep eating! Love ur vids

You're an amazing person piper and sorry if this is weird but you truly are a beautiful girl don't let anyone tell you otherwise. the fact you even met up with me that day shows me how genuine of a person you really are and I can relate because when I was 11 I lost my grandfather which you know so I too Felt like I lost a part of myself and something about meeting you truly finally helped me close that chapter of loss and move to bigger and better things in life. I truly hope we can meet up again some day because I need more genuine people in my life and I consider you a friend hope you consider me a friend as well.

Piper u are good the way u are, don't let anyone take advantage of u, your taking care of yourself and be who u are. I have went through the same thing and I starve myself to look skinny but it doesn't change. Seeing your videos helps me alot so thank u piper ❤❤, who are amazing and we love u, we know how it feels and it's the same thing happened to me, i lost my grandfather, but u help me to get through that ur videos helps me alot to overcome that. Its not stupid Piper. Also people call me skinny even though I have big thighs and a stomach I always try not to eat but I physically couldn't handle the feeling of really bad headaches and the feeling of not eating I still feel like I shouldn't eat, I always compare myself. This helped me a bit but I just don't know what to do anymore
