Still to this day DF hasnt comfigured the storage pile for the logistic bots to operate for smoother frame rates rather than just items compiling creating lag

DF, if u want to farm levels to unlock skills, I found that u can right click (hold) a creature, you'll pick it up and gain xp. Right clicking the item releases it and you can capture it again. It essentially gives you a catch and release xp farm

it's really nice how each island has something unique about it! the islands that are covered at first are a nice touch.

I love this channel, just the wacky content you can't find anywhere else in on KZfaq.

DF if you press c you can toggle auto collect on and off, you can turn it off so you don't collect unwanted resources on the ground when you wa l k pass them

It was 1 in the morning and I was about to go to sleep but now that you uploaded I’m drinking a cup of coffee first.

DF: "i need to farm twings automaticaly" also DF: kill the pig that is farming twings for him btw, if you research farming 1 you can get sapling harvesting them and going in circle around it, so you didn't have to buy them from the NPC you can let creature farm for you: pig for twings bees for berry Blue Jellyfish for water crabs for stone this way you will have more space for bots, cause you don't have to use them for this resources they will respawn until the limit is reached, so you can capture a lot of them and free them where you need them for farming also like someone else poited out, you are wasting a lot of mushrooms to make mushroom spores that you don't need, remove from the seed processor the option to deliver automatically TT

Grow the mushrooms on the mushroom island. having extra logistics robots on your hub island sounds like a good thing

It is really handy to have a bunch of storage units with the items you are producing/gathering set to each of them so the logistics bots deliver and organize for you

A few tips: making more storage is super cheap as it only takes a few bricks, and that'll help the clutter a lot. You can also toggle autopickup of items with c, so you won't have to keep dropping and regrabbing stuff as you go through your main island. You can set your bots to harvest farmplots rather than just mushrooms, that way you can have them harvest all the mushrooms in your farms plus water trees and twig trees, all with a single collector. Or you could just use a collector on the mushroom island and get tons of mushrooms this way.

DF should just put the giant mushroom farm on the giant mushroom island itself so you don't have to remove a logistics bot in the new island and so that once a collector bot has harvested the mushroom it can instantly go into the seed maker. Plus, one of the claw thingies is already transporting mushrooms to the main island so you don't have to build a new one. You can just assign a bot to harvest the farm and put it there.

little tip from someone who's put 23hrs in the demo, instead of opening the storage areas every time to put stuff away you can just drag and drop from your hotbar, this goes for the machines as well too btw also also you dont need to click on the oxegyn bottles to use them they'll just be used automatically when it's low enough

How do you get the beta for the game? I got the demo but I got as far as you can go and I'd like to get the beta now. Also, edit: DF, you can assign a bot to yourself by right clicking it in your inventory. So you can have a little attack robot following you around attacking what you attack (or any other bot you want that will follow you around)

Your main island is a bit cluttered make it so a specific island is for specific stuff like one island is a shroom making with bacon instead of taking more space at the main island

Ok so this is something i see, that the logistics bots cant send objects to the storage automatically because, you need to select the storage and then select what objects do you want the robots to fill the storage with
