People might be surprised, but the hardest part of doing push-ups is “PUSHING UP” all of your upper body. And for people who aren’t used to that, or don’t have lots of upper body strength while having a lot of upper body, seeing Lisa with thin arms and a very slim physic doing them easily, would make sense hense her being very slim.

The "push up" part is done primarily by the chest, the arms only come into effect mostly when coming down and past the half way point going up. Hence why when someone "cheats" they dont go all the way down, and use their arms primarily to get the numbers. Being "slim" doesnt make it easier.

Is it really? I mean is pushing up really hard? Cuz I do push ups to and am ok at it (about 30-35 push-ups at once/one trial) but the part I find hard is letting your body down without letting it touch the ground. It exhausts my arms too much. While I can relax my arms while pushing up.

It looks like they were a little loose on the standards for a complete push-up, but it does look like Lisa was doing them correctly (chest touches bar and then push up until the elbows lock while keeping the rear from rising). Good job, I'm sure she will beat a couple of the boys if they don't start working harder.

Doing sports or being able to do exercises does not mean your healthy in the slightest. My brother is underweight and can still run and compete in sports, he’s still unhealthily underweight. Lisa is unhealthy underweight, she probably has a lot of discipline and experience with exercise and upper and lower body strength.
