I don't know if you're set on it being for kids specifically, but "budget friendly beginner art" might be easier to avoid the dreaded demonetization and lack of community features.

I like that the watercolour set has three "Skintones" as standard colours! I've gotten some really lovely sketchbooks from Ikea in the past, but it very much comes in their seasonal / random selection of fun. Possibly most likely to be around in spring, early summer, as "keep the kids busy over the summer" stuff!

I've had more expensive gel pens dry up on me before and found I could revive them if I took the cartridge out and rolled it in my hands to warm the gel up, so that might work. 😊

I love the roll of paper and the paper holder. I use it for the nephews and nieces to color on and also for when I do crafts. I can easily roll out paper over my work area and tape it down.

Love your videos, Echo! My dad brought home reams of paper from his school. He was a teacher. Yep. Then a boring pencil. Reams of paper. Sitting in front of the T.V. watching cartoons or the Mike Douglas show. (You have to be old to know what that is.) Grew up to BE a cartoonist/board artist. Never know where a pencil will bring you.

Orange hair is really cool! The Ikeas in the UK don't have a second floor - I think it's more horizontal than vertical, the warehouse and the store I think are two buildings next to each other. I need to look at Ikea's art supplies, I tend to ignore them ^^;

Good to see more videos from you! IKEA had some great stationary stuff about 3 years ago? Cute sketchbooks and some felt tip pens and now they have so much less of a range. I've also gotten a Tshirt from IKEA in the past its black covered in Anime eyes and I love it. Very random....

IKEA is such a magical place and I only been there once in my life. The one I went to had a kids play area where one area had Shreak playing in the background and Loin King in another play area but both were on loop the whole time, from what I can remember. XD

our Ikea has had 8.5x11(ish) and 11x17(ish) pads of white and intensely colored paper. Definitely something you'd like.

If you make a kids or teens art tutorial channel let us know, my niece has been doodling a long time now and I'm no longer in the house to show her tips n tricks. I think it'd be really fun for the smols to have a KZfaq art teacher like you~ Also the water colors in the video actually looked decent for cheap ones, might need to run over there for some myself >_> and for another visit to their food court as it is a delight

I love IKEA art supplies! I started out just buying them for my daughter (6), but I use them for myself also. I’m all for cheap art supplies. I will use Dollar Tree supplies if I need to, but whenever I get to an IKEA I stock up because the prices are pretty cheap for the quality.

I am very confused how great the pencils and watercolours performed... I just bought a pack of markers there and they're so nice on my calendar, because the paper is bleed-proof and he markers are so vibrant and not patchy at all :)
