i haven’t watched yall in years and came across a tiktok saying you were selling the house. I remember being 7-8 years old religiously watching yall when you were first planning to move and building the house from the ground up. I know it’s hard cs I know you really loved this house. Now at 18 im so sad to see it go but you guys are going to move onto better things I promise ❤

If it's done, 'right,' then it doesn't really matter (quite) as much when the house you're moving out of sells. It can also depend on how far away you're moving and if you're able to do some traveling, possibly often, until it sells. 9:30pm and still that much light... I'm in (central coastal) OR and there's not that much light at 9:30pm. The only difference is when it's 9:30pm here, it's 12:30am in MI. Three hour difference, but the sun rises and sets within about a two(ish) hour difference between eastern time and pacific time.

I just had the same problem with my car where they couldn’t find anything wrong but the rattling and banging noise kept getting louder. Turned out it was my brakes were worn out and my brake fluid was empty

Yesterday we heard water spraying in our crawl space we have a sub pump so it should be ok called the home warranty company and they are sending out a plumber within 48 hours 😢😢😢😢

We bought a small tv for the 2 of us but does have a pull out bed. We are going tuned at till Friday and out campsites right on the lake.

It's amazing how long pippa has survived daisy. Are they from the same litter?

Yes they are. Daisy have some very severe joint issues ;( she couldn’t walk. We had taken her to an orthopedic specialist and they had said even surgery would not help her. Sadly.

This was us last year ... but we bought a house before we sold a house ... aaarrgggghhhhh I don't advise going that route! Just know that this time next year you will be in your house reminiscing about all the work you had to do! Good luck selling your house ... i saw it on Zillow and it looks amazing. I think you will sell it within 5 days. I predict you will be signing papers (everything can be done online!) by Monday!!! Just know that there will be lots who just want to look and not buy. Don't settle. Hold out for the listed price. Congratulations on having the house READY ON TIME. 🏡

Ugh- our buyers just pulled out for no apparent reason. Second time this has happened to us in the past year. It had nothing to do with the house both times...selling a house sucks, especially in a high price range like ours was. I wish you guys nothing but the best and the absolute best of luck...and hang in there.
