Not all rich Filipinos live in BGC they are all scattered across other cities in Manila Metro and even other parts of the Phils. They have some businesses or condo units in BGC for some it's only their workplace but they have their own properties and lots located outside BGC like exclusive townhouse, gated subdivisions(communities) areas like Makati, Alabang, Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Marikina..etc. and some rich Filipinos lives outside the major cities some close to beaches or some have farmlands, Highlands, hill side or mountain views overlooking the cities the countryside areas. And it's better to have your own properties with a wide front and backyard rather than living in a building complex worst case scenario during earthquakes living in a building is a bad choice.

The majority of the rich Filipinos don't live there. They still prefer to live in houses. They may have properties there but their main residence is not in bgc.

Only Bgc,Makati,Pasig are well developed but the rest are still a lot of work and far behind

Bgc is away from main thoroughfare like Jakarta. The pedestrians and walkways are more friendly to people family and even animals.

Philippines will be building the SKY MANILA, they would put Metro Manila's 100 km x 100 km land area up by 50 meters using 500,000 posts. Hundreds of parks, huge malls, millions of restaurants, thousands of hotels, several thousands of factories using all electric. All vehicles will be full electric, non-electric vehicle are not allowed. Many swimming pools, basketball, tennis, football courts, and many sports venues. Hundreds of entertainment arenas. It will have airport for helicopters or any vertical take off planes. This will be finished in 2035. Flood will be the thing in the past. From Filipino concept.
