@@Stratelier TL DR: it’s a counter to punish grab tech attempts since sceptile has 3 grabs no it’s not a grab. The blue flash when he first starts the move indicates it has counter armor. So he can nullify hitstun and damage of a vast majority of attacks. But if any move with counter armor is interrupted by a grab, the counter user would take more damage than usual Sceptile has a few different grab moves which indirectly make his super better. Because if you tech a grab with an attack, you hit with extra damage. But if a counter attack interrupts a normal one, the one using the normal attack takes extra damage

The move is a counter, the only way to interrupt it is with a grab.

@@Moss_Dude If your timing is right you can grab any of the bursts as they want to start up. It's actually amazing to grab someone out of their burst with a Sismic Toss
