Respectfully, I disagree. It's not that he's always broken, he's just an assassin. Same way people say Akali is broken, and Talon, and Ekko, and Yone, and Yasuo, and Rengar etc. Assassins sort of have to feel like they're "broken" by design, it's their nature, their designed purpose. You just can't expect an assassin to not be able to 100 to 0 you and one shot you most of the times, depending on what champ you're playing. And Riot August even said the same thing during one of his streams, his exact words were (when talking about everything that goes into champ design and how hard it is as a job, and he was specifically referring to assassins) "is this champ broken and unfair? Or is it just an assassin? And more often then not, there's a thin line between the two" as soon as I heard that I was like "yeah, I fully agree"
