Tess you are doing sooooo well, you managed to leave the house and go out into nature, it doesn't seem like you did something but you did; 1. You changed your location 2. You managed to change your internal speech by challenging the feelings with facts 3. You set up an action plan (to do the things that bring you joy and peace). 4. You processed the emotion by finding an outlet for them (physical movement) and previously you said you screamed. What brings about long lasting results is to keep at this and if anyone can do that it is you Tess. I am praying for you. This video just encouraged me to change my location and to something that will bring my benefit (the gym)

Tess u r a strong woman and u've got this!!! What i learnt over the years is that to get to the ultimate goal, u need to overcome obstacles and compromise. Although u r not keen on a 9-5 job, you might need to compromise on this temporary to get u in better accommodation to help u achieve the ultimate goal of happiness and being self employed. If i use myself as an example, when i moved in to the uk, i had to share a house with strangers for a very long time. very soon realized that this arrangement was not for me. Even though i had the option to move out and rent by myself, i was not happy with paying someone else's mortgage. For 10 yrs had to motivate myself and focus on the ultimate goal which was independence and buy my own place. By saving very hard for 10 yrs, finally achieved it in 2010. Every morning, i am so grateful and thank god for this blessing. btw, r u able to share the artist/song @ 15:56. Love that song.

In the meantime as you wait to sort things out, maybe u might consider getting a library card if you live close to a library and utilize their facilities for when you transcribe... it's much quiet. Also if it's cost effective, organize you work such as you can hire a soundproof space to do the videos for a few hours.

Tess could you be going through the dark night of the soul or a spiritual awakening? Went through a season of losing for a year + after separating with my ex. I was losing and losing back to back to a point i was so tired i only craved peace of mind.
