An excellent episode! 🙏 I think that many people suffer from isolation and loneliness. It’s understandable that reframing is a big part of getting unstuck, but when someone is so isolated that they only speak to their therapist once a week and maybe a cashier at the supermarket, it’s unhealthy and very challenging to feel anything but sadness and depression. I’m not talking about an alone time but loneliness. Some people are better at being alone than some others. Many truly lonely people feel like they don’t fit in. No sense of belonging.
