Just hold the bell touch button for 4 seconds. It worked for me.

Lesson is to NEVER buy Neff. The support is horrible too

Agree we bought all Neff fancy stuff, indifferent support, over complicated appliances, you won’t use most features of the hob

I wonder whether you have found a way to unlock it. Same thing with T16TS78N0/03 hob. Holding the bell for 4 secs as per instruction does not help

I buy never ever again neff
