There is such a huge lesson here about the mental side of the game. Watching this straight after Rick's disastrous 'Break 75' round where we see Rick, playing badly, repeatedly set himself unrealistic targets, and then speak to himself in a horrible way when he fails to meet them. Pete when faced with the same situation is equally frustrated, but he articulates this calmly and simply states he wishes he was playing better. He doesn't give himself a hard time, stays in the moment, focuses on each shot individually as he plays it, and still enjoys the experience. Massive kudos to Pete for his mental toughness and displaying exactly the right attitude: just focus on enjoying doing something you love with no arbitrary expectations of a given result and you'll probably play as well as you are capable of on that given day.

Really enjoyed this video. Love the different looks on shots with the tracer, especially the reverse angle on the par 3s. Liked seeing a tour pro just take his medicine and punch it out, something I need to remember out there!

Loved this series Pete! I will say, I felt like the first episode was much more serious, which I certainly didn't mind (and it even seemed to help you stay locked in a little!), but the more casual vibes of the more recent ones also make for good viewing

This was a tough challenge Pete. Great series. Simon's swing is so smooth it looks effortless, true example of letting the club do the work.

Those first 4 holes were a perfect showcase of the difference between a 'pro' and a (former) 'tour pro'. Pete did well to hang in there. We need to see those last 5 holes that Simon said were the best on the course - a back 9 match with Pete starting 2 up would work.

Just wasn't your day Peter huge credit how you played even if it felt like a nightmare round. Some shot on the 10th too. Hope to see another match like this on another Irish course in series 2.
