potential rules every match loss you open 3 legacy packs every 3 wins you get to open a secret pack of your choice if you lose 3 in a row you get to ban a card (from both pools but you don't have to have pulled the card) if you get 5 wins in a row you get to open a bundle deal. Also to increase variety you could say every 5-10 episodes you spin a wheel of the played archtypes and ban one.

I think this is really good I think the winner should open 1 pack though. Just because it shouldn’t just trade after every single duel. The winner gets something for winning while loser get a lot

@matthewpeek6890 If we're talking about the legacy packs in master duel, 3 packs is just 6 cards of wildly varying usefulness. It ain't gonna move the needle much most of the time.

Also, I think they should change tins after some amount of episodes, i wouldn't like seeing 3 fenrir 3 unicorn 3 ogre every episode + diversifies the card pool.

3 or 5 wins add a staple card, each loss they can add more to the archetype they have currently. This could also be added as well

Great video! I always like watching deck construction challenges, yours especially Seereax. Maybe for progression, the loser gets a few random packs of their choice, while winners can construct specific cards? The loser gets more cards that MAY help, but the winner gets a card or two that WILL help.

i wouldn't mind a progression series taking a few of the successful archetypes over the last 2-3 years and adding them to the card pool, i suppose all the sets from 2021-2024 but also allowing them to have a side deck and choice card of staples. it gives cards a chance to breath before being power crept but also incorporates new deck building ideas

I love this idea but what about this? You buy packs and then put them in a pool. You and your opponent can choose one card after another to make a somewhat decent deck. However you can choose a main card and add stuff around it that isn’t in the pool to be able to play that card but you can only focus on one character. I think this will be pretty cool especially since the competitiveness is real.
