I've gone sober for 6 weeks now, got another 6 weeks left. Still been going out, loads of energy, no hangovers. Main positive without sounding a tight arse is the amount of money you save, at least $200-300 a weekend by being sober. First couple times going out sober was hard with mates trying to persuade you to have a drink, but now they don't bother and rate that I am still coming out even though I am not drinking because just staying at home would be the easier option. Good work Louis and fair play to you bringing Jake along with you, bet he is learning heaps.

Good for you mate, that routine of getting on it and going out is just destructive and you end up wasting your time and life. Destroys your mental health and physical health, it’s all fun and games for a few years but as you get older it’s not good and there’s no true fun there. Surround yourself with proper people not wreck heads and build a proper life. Still have fun here and there but you have to have a balance. Work hard play hard in the right way. Well done 👌

Well done on 6 months sober, I am now 5.5 years sober. As long as your’why’ is strong enough then you’ll stay alcohol free, but if you are only doing because it sounds cool for clicks,

Great video - The Madrid apartment looks very modern and smart. You definitely have moved to another stage in your fitness and mentality! Stay disciplined when you have that 'first' drink again. I'm 129 days of no drink, basically after watching you do it, so I'm talking to myself as much as anyone. I'm still on the cerveza's sin. It would be a sin for me to start again right now, but like you said, I want to be able to have a drink but control myself and have a memorable night out, not feel like crap the next day, with a fog memory. Keep moving forwards and upwards!!

super inspiring story bro, i remember watching your old videos back when you were in ibiza and you seem so much happier now. I can relate a lot to the feeling of not having a purpose and just watching the days go by not really accomplishing anything so seeing this change from you is amazing. Ps. just so you can maintain that focus for longer in your day i recommend not having carbs till your last meal, just try and have meat and eggs that kind of thing, because carbs are the thing that give you that brain fog you’re talking about. I’ve grown out of working with so many random brands and want to focus on something more fulfilling! Il keep promoting the brands I truly love like VQ, Ghost, Whoop and Blumaan. But now I have a purpose greater than KZfaq. Go cry some where else 😙
