The training facility is crazy now. I remember when he and his dad first came to demo the walls and build the first mound out of wood. Fantastic to see it come together like this.

He explained it a really long time ago I don’t know it completely but he uses the device and tracks every number and compares them to past numbers to see how his body is

Nothin' to it but to do it... You are so right that the best strategy for getting out of a funk is accomplishing something. If it cannot be the thing that you intended to do, do something Els productive that better is your situation. Even if it's only doing laundry, cutting the grass, or making a phone call that you have been putting off.. It will make it easier to find the motivation to take care of everything else.

not trevor bauer(but i am a pitcher, albeit a highschool pitcher) I think its great. The people crying about think that a pitcher needs 5 years or they can't throw good pitches. 15 seconds is way more than you need to pitch a baseball. It increases the pace of play, which is a major reason why a lot of people dont watch baseball nowadays.

Mobility is probably more important than strength. If you can move quicker with less mass than you can with more, then it is probably more valuable to not have the extra weight. Be an athlete not a bodybuilder.
