I believe this story because I had the same train of thinking when I was 18 emotionally cheating on my first boyfriend (even worse as my relationship with the boyfriend wasn't sexual either). It's why I don't understand the total glamorisation of marrying young because I know if I got married then, I would've been unhappily married and feeling guilty for having had emotionally cheated.
