The thing about the “list of codes” is that knowledge of its existence means that it’s accuracy as a list of probabilities is inherently wrong when applied to people who know of its existence. It becomes a mind game setting the code to ensure that it’s not too close to the bottom or top of the list for the reason shown in the last base. The psychological portion of security is just as important as being ability to brute force.

the pin leak was from decades ago, best to take the bottom 100 codes and 4500-6000 and put them closer to the start

Assuming all the door codes are there same per base, you mind as well just code raid the big bases. Also might be worth trying just the top 100ish codes and then try a different base.

you should divide the list into three equal sized parts then pick a code from the end of the first part or start of the last part so you are safest. With this, code raiders will have maximum amount of time wasted even if they start entering the codes from start, middle and end at the same time. If you believe nobody will start from the middle then picking one of the middle ones is good, still safer than bottom.

@@thehuntermikipl1170 Anyone who thinks that whoever set the code is aware of the list, it's a mind game. Imagine you are the owner of the base and you want to be secure against code raiding and you know of the list, what would you do? Well the answer is obvious you pick code from the bottom of the list to have as secure code as possible. If I was the owner I would pick something from the middle of the list because I doubt nobody goes that far with their thinking.

@@NinjapowerMS there are entire clans you can hire which send over 10 people over the course of a day. Each only has to do 1000 codes. On average you only need to explore 5000 before you hit the right one. Super fast and effective.

The point of code raiding is that each try is a 1 in 10,000 chance of unlocking the door, therefore it doesn't matter which base it's used on, they're all vulnerable to it. So to start on the smallest possible base is IMPOSSIBLY STUPID.

No it’s not!!! Your chance of success on a large base or clan compound is greatly reduced just do to the fact it will have more team members and a higher chance someone will be online most of the time, so you wouldn’t have the chance to waste hours putting in codes. As he proved earlier in the video when some of the members came back on a heli. The only reason he got into the clan base at the end was because they Despawned almost everything and quit the server.

To be fair I doubt you got code raided randomly. I have 6000 hours with the game at this point and only time I got code raided was when there was a exploit years ago. Never got brute forced though

the last base is my friend spinky's base design, the walls inside the inner peaks are accessible so you can place a roof and get into them, it also serves as a bunker

Believe it or not but I once guessed a code for a base and got it on the first try and they were loaded. The code was 1111 so it was a pretty easy guess. The owners lived in the area and door camped me for the rest of the wipe.

I had a guy raid me and grief me with a tc. My teammate code raided that tc (code was 6969 LOL) and it was the same code for their giant compound. We destroyed their bags and put new ones in a room with a bunch of interesting signs and turrets for them to spawn into. :)
