That was one of the best runs on the blobs I’ve seen Brian do. And it was with another 50lb blob and two inch dumbbells added into the mix. I would love for Brian to put a big chalk board up behind the blobs and when people do this challenge their time gets recorded on the wall. I think that would be awesome and fun for competitors and viewers.

Brian’s hand size plays a HUGE factor to his insane grip strength.
@timsawyer9231
@timsawyer9231 Жыл бұрын
You're right, it surely helps... But there are many people with huge hands that can't come even remotely close to doing what he does. What you're saying is equivalent to saying "Micheal Jordan's height played a HUGE factor in his insane basketball carrier." I'm sure the life time of training and discipline is the actual "HUGE factor."
@Bullet44
@Bullet44 8 ай бұрын
@@timsawyer9231Definitely! When I was in high school at around 5'6, I grabbed rim and was able to grip a basketball with one hand. I don't think people understand what you're capable of when you focus solely on a target until you achieve it. My hand size are accurate to my height btw.

Depends on how long need to hold it, as if just for sec then they both count as he stopped the plate in air from dropping then it held for sec then fell, and felt like brians absolutley counted

for the 45lb Plate Catch you can go off of how long it was gripped for, or how high did you raise it while gripping etc..
