LOL ...Operation Warpspeed should get credit for vaccine development? Why? They developed vaccines in UK, Russia, China, and India with zero Warpspeed. Private companies did what they always do .... create new products to fill a demand and where they can make money from it. Operation Warpspeed had almost nothing to do with vaccine development or the process of it. It would have happened no differently than it actually did .. with or without WarpSpeed. I am in no way a Trump supporter, but to be fair, I believe Ms. Makki was referring to the "effort" to have the vaccines available in record time deserved a Nobel prize. @polsh23
@polsh23 3 жыл бұрын
@@mspraggins maybe? But if you listen to it again, the whole context of the question and answer is about Trump. David says "if he (trump) had handled the pandemic moderately well, he wins (the election)," She then says "he viewed his handling of the pandemic as a success because you now have 3 or 4 vaccines on the market. At least in the States there were 2 on the market at the end of his term. That's nothing short of Nobel peace prize winning. You cant say it's not. Now you cant say it's all Trump, but certainly pushing on all the levers to get it to market (when ppl were laughing and mocking him) and by december we were vaccinating ppl..." So I respect your take on it, but to me this is all about Trump and she isnt referring to the GLOBAL effort by scientists to get vaccines created and distributed. The vaccine part was not honest from Pakman. Trump is incompetent to the core, and didn't care about people dying like flies, protected nobody, and in his ignorance he wanted the economy open even if hundreds of thousand died. That being said even Faucci recognized he helped to an unprecedent manufacture and distribution. I'm European, and I know the first was made by a German company that later teamed with Pfizer, and for that very reason I know Americans secured absolute priority testing manufacture and distribution of something created by one of our scientists. That was a political power move from Trump, because is not like the second richest economic block is going to go easy on it with its economy frozen. Is obvious he helped because we have not enough vaccines, and even the UK started to horde and hide batches from other lesser types of vaccines to secure their supply. I'm not blaming anybody, because each block always take care of their people and break agreements, that is international politics and is never pretty. But Trump as a good mafia minded person secured a non friction testing, manufacture and supply, when the rest of the world didn't have that lñuxury (in the third world they barely today have supply). That was truly a phase with an unprecedented velocity. It is not cool from Pakman to corner the woman, when he could just low the tone and pass to something else. It is obvious Trump helped incredibly when the economy was his priority, not Americans. But Pakman is not dumb, he knows, that is why is annoying. If you are not honest, who, the Right?. She didn't have the data, because is almost unquestionable at this moment in time. Trump did one single thing well, and there is no need to give the impression that he didn't help (and I despise the guy and I'm glad that he is gone). The Pizer was actually the best one. Psychopaths are quite useful in wars. Give the devil its due, I believe it is the expression.

Jouett, full speed!”( *unlike* the Titanic - and unlike Farragut, who needed to get through the mine field to get out of gun range of the forts or suffer worse - and won the battle) on whatever they want pound on … … and he does not manifest at darkest night as a near invisible iceberg (again *unlike* the Titanic). It’s not (just) a question of fairness, it is also completely unnecessary against these “utter and total conviction” people when their logic has holes wide enough an aircraft carrier can comfortably go through. Sideways. David lets them go where they want in daylight and in a well charted and supposedly known-to-them area. After their shoddy navigation and false understanding puts them all by themselves into shallow water, he points it out. As they just had to go over this well known reef, ripping out the bottom of their argument, he shows them how they are sinking, fast. And, as some are wont to do, slam smack dab into the perfectly visible and extremely well known White Cliffs of Dover, he points out that they have not only sunk their boat but crushed it to a squeezed metal blob and that there is absolutely nothing they can rescue. There is no need to be anything but civil and respectful, their self-destruction is much more fun in calm weather and clear air. Screaming and swearing is for “fire and brimstone if you do not send me money my god will thump your god and then kill you” televangelists and other rabid extremists foaming at their mouth.

She changed God's perfect law on marriage in to a lie, What you think you can change God's laws and get away with it? 🤣🤣!! I live in Spokane. I've not (YET) to fulfilled my dream to atleast VISIT the south. I lived in Phoenix for 5yrs, but I mean THEE south! Im subscribed to (Floridian) Christina Randall on YT. I may never forget her telling us viewers "..and hunny, for those of you who don't know! When a southern woman, says "Bless your heart" She don't mean "BLESS YOUR HEART". I took heed. So, apparently, when a southern woman, especially an older, true & seasoned southern woman says "Bless your heart" then "you know you done effed up" as my new southern friends would say.

This is true... But, I suggest, never argue with an idiot, just play dumb and have them try to explain their ramblings. It's quite entertaining seeing the stare they do when they figure it out for themselves. They stare open mouthed and slowly turn red in the face. I dig the Socrated Method of questioning with Trumpers. You can almost see smoke coming out of there ears. I think it's funny, but then again, I'm probably not normal.

It’s funny and sad to hear the wordage that was spoonfed to them by Trump. “Sleepy Joe” is another obvious one. No one would have started saying that if it weren’t for Trump constantly saying it. They just repeat what they hear from Trump. Same exact thing with the election being stolen. No evidence it was stolen whatsoever yet Trump says it was so it must be true!

Remember one of his points was that the virus would disappear after the election & I always wondered if that also meant that those that had lost family would miraculously get them back, those who had lost limbs would be whole & unscathed, all the pain of the past several months prior to election suddenly be gone. That one single fool bought into trumps schtick still floors me. We have people locked up in prisons & institutions who are no where near as flawed as djt & he was chosen to run this once great country!
