Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
For the filling:
Cut 4 potatoes (600 g).
Boil the potatoes.
Place potatoes in a bowl.
Add 15g butter.
60 ml milk.
4g salt.
Make mashed potatoes.
Chop 25 g parsley.
Add parsley to the mashed potatoes.
Mix everything well.
Let the filling cool.
The dough turned out well.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Divide the dough into 3 parts.
Form each piece of dough into a ball.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Roll out the dough ball with a rolling pin.
Dough size 28*31 cm.
Put the filling on the dough.
Leave one edge of the dough free.
Roll the dough into a roll.
Divide each part of the dough into 9 parts.
The width of each piece of dough is 4.5 cm.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Press the buns with your hands.
Mix 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
Brush the rolls with a mixture of egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
Bake the rolls in the oven preheated to 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
The buns are ready!
