RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
1 onion.
olive oil
Fry the onion for 3-5 minutes.
1 carrot.
We rub on a grater.
Add carrots.

Green peppers, red peppers, yellow peppers.
Cook covered for 10 minutes over medium heat.
3 potatoes.
Add potatoes.
Water 1.2L / 6 cups.
Cook covered for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Parsley, Mint, Salt, Black Pepper.
2 eggs.
Natural yoghurt 100 gr. / 1/2 cup.
Vermicelli 50g.
Cover and cook on medium heat for 12 minutes.
Add 2 more cups of water.
While the soup is cooking, let's prepare an appetizer!
Baguette.
Salt, Herbs de Provence, Red Pepper, Dried Garlic.
olive oil
Parmesan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10-15 minutes.
Add parsley and mint.
Add some broth to the egg mixture.

Mix well.
