I'll always remember my mother inviting all my friends and my girlfriend (who became my Lovely Bride) to Sunday Chicken after Church on Sundays... 43 yrs later, a father, a grandfather, and still married to my high-school sweetheart who loved my Mom's fried chicken. The fresh nutmeg is a nice addition. Goes really well with chicken. I like to use Hungarian paprika in my fried chicken. That has to be delicious. Falls right off the bone.

That looks real good. Using seltzer water is key in my opinion. Plus, I notice most good chicken recipes have paprika and some time of onion additive (like onion powder). I have to try making it like this video.
