Being a Bengali girl I can totally relate to the crave which happens when you hear misti doi. But just a thing that don't burn sugar directly on flame just it needed to be done that is add just a little bit of water and then add sugar because burning sugar makes carbon which is not at all good for health.

Loved that you made Bihari Food 😍😍. Also, if you want more flavour in your Chokha, you could insert garlic cloves jn the cuts in between the eggplant and tomato. And potato is also put in it which also tastes amazing. The flavour comes out really good.😋
