We don't presently have Popeyes here in Australia, but according to many reputable news sites, stories in Feb indicated it could be coming here! I hope so, if the food is as good as what you just cooked. I love how you make the mac and cheese. I do it slightly different. I cook the noodles, mix, through some butter, then add cheese slices, enough until it's nice and creamy (sadly, we don't have that delicious looking bright orange American cheese here!). Then I'll add the milk to make it smoother. You use lots of dried herbs. I have a garden full of fresh herbs, do you know how I can dry them to store them and use when a recipe calls for dried? Thanks for another awesome video!

QT, bought Dasavi seafood sauce because too lazy to make the Viet green seafood sauce from scratch. Dasavi is too salty and too lemony/limey. Trying to figure out how to fix it because I bought two bottles.

Solution? I’ve read the original recipes and I’m going to try to fix it by adding more condensed milk. It doesn’t taste like there’s any sweetener in this sauce. I tried it as is on an avocado half and it’s pretty good but too salty.
