Binagoongang Baboy with Gata and Ginisang Ampalaya with Egg

ingredients:
3 lbs. pork belly cubed
40 grams Knorr Ginataang Gulay Recipe Mix
4 tablespoons shrimp paste
3 cups water
1 eggplant sliced
1 tomato chopped
1 onion minced
5 cloves garlic minced
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
3 long green chili pepper sliced
5 tablespoons cooking oil
Fish sauce and ground black pepper to taste

Whilst I admire your perseverance over the years being one of the OG Filipino cooking channel and up to now managed to be relevant. You have upgraded your aesthetic and video production level, but I just wish na sana you also elevate your culinary skills and health and safety skills as a serious cook. That’s not searing if you are crowding the pan, thats stewing. Also know when to use the gloves in food handling please as its not educating your viewers rightly.
