This was a awesome video! As an at home pizza enthusiast here a few friendly pointers! 1. Addd way more flour to the bottom of that pan. 2. Instead of flour, use semolina flour! 3. Instead of steel, use a natural stone. You did awesome though Rug and papa Rug!

This was real funny to watch.. The only concern I had was the preparation of the steel which is so important, let alone the rust prevention chemicals on it. watching the smoke pushing through that pizza was a bit scary. You have to clean it with a scouring pad then treat the steel first by seasoning it on the fire with high temperature cooking oil, cleaning it again thereafter. Using untreated stone tiles 1/4 inch thick on the steel would be ideal. This was very dangerous, please be more careful when preparing food on bare steel. Luv the video though and allow more time for preparation. "C" for effort. 😅
